This constantly updated property, located in one of the nicest residential communities in Kissimmee, is a great base for any holiday in the area. Whether you wish to hit the Theme Parks, go shopping at the Florida Mall or along International Drive, play some fantastic golf, or simply relax by the pool, this home is exactly what you are looking for. It is fully licensed and professionally managed through a conveniently located local company.

It combines a great pool, that overlooks a beautiful lake yet is very private, with a home full with modern amenities including a large flatscreen TV, DVD player and movies, PS2 and games. Finally the master bedroom has THE most comfortable King sized Four Poster bed you will ever come across.

Kitchen comes fully equipped to cater for a party of up to nine, including large upright fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and extensive utensils. An adjacent breakfast bar has three stools for seating.

Dining area overlooks the pool through patio doors and has a large dining table with seating for six.

Master bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, large en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, hair dryer. Huge walk-in closet. Travel crib provided.

The upstairs landing has a futon, should your party have 9 guests. However the futon is not suitable for an adult.

Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4: One with queen-size bed and two with twin beds. TVs. Ceiling fans. Ample storage.

The private pool can be heated if requested. Pool heat is recommended between October and April. The cost depends on the length of your stay, with discounts available for stays longer than 7 days.

A very short drive will take you to the local supermarkets and restaurants.

A maximum of 30 minutes driving will get you to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall. Cape Canaveral and the beaches are about one hour away, with very easy access from the property to the freeways.

The property and cleaning regime exceeds the current requirements stipulated by Osceola County.

Did not get to use the pool. There is a pool heater but that charge for it and you don't know until after check in. There is a minimum to use the pool hwatercas well. There was not enough toilet paper. They only allw one roll per bathroom.

House and pool were clean. Location is in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. We had pretty much everything we needed upon arrival. Host communicated instructions and answered questions in a timely manner. Few suggestions to possibly consider: home could use a little updating. Carpeting was old and did not appear to be the cleanest. Bedding definitely could be replaced throughout. Despite these minor things we would definitely stay here agin and recommend to other’s.

The house was spotless. The accommodations were impeccable. Only minor issue was the master bedroom bed. It was too soft for my back. Would have liked the bed to be firmer. I needed to stay an extea day and it was granted without hesitation. Very qumuiet abd serebe neighborhood. The stores were very clise. Absolutely loved my stay.

We rented this cottage with our family while attending our granddaughter's Cheer Competition in Orlando and in our research of where to stay, were pleased by the lovely photos. This rental has tons of potential because of its proximity to Orlando, the quiet neighborhood, the pool area and the lovely natural outdoor views out back. However, the interior has multiple issues. It needs a deep cleaning and many upgrades. Examples include: holes in the bedsheets and rips in the bedspread in the master bed, dirty towels found in the master bath, ripped patio chair, broken patio side table, dirt and mold around windows, windows unable to stay open (we used trashcans to prop them open), dusty furniture, substandard cleaning equipment to clean the place ourselves, old and very thin towels, lumpy and dirty bed pillows, bathroom sink upstairs that would not drain, and so much more. When we shared our concerns with the host, he told us he was "1000's of miles away so my ability to help is somewhat limited." We understood his distance from the property but replied that if he was not able to make the needed, necessary repairs and upgrades, as the owner he had the responsibility to have management take care of these negative areas. We did not even request it to happen when we were there, but certainly for the comfort of future guests. As decades of renting from VRBO's throughout the USA and abroad, we have never once had concerns with our rental. This was a first ever complaint anywhere.

Florida Disney Vacation

We had a great vacation staying in this property close to Disney World. It was comfortable and relaxing to spend time in the pool and have the lovely view of the lake. We look forward to returning to the fun and sunny state of Florida!

It served our purpose well. My only recommendation would be to make sure you bring dish soap and a dish cloth or sponge--none provided. The pool was great!

Certainly not as advertised - details as follows:- House was dirty. Not untidy - actually dirty (pics attached).- ants all over the kitchen counter upon arrival- No broom; no dishcloths; no cleaning supplies. 6 of us stayed in the house for 10 days........it would be nice to sweep and clean after ourselves.- Windows were rotten (pics attached).- Pillows and blankets could go in the garbage and were not as pictured as ad showed. They are about 30 years old and the king bed where my parents slept there was a hole in the sheets.- no garbage bags.- We cooked and not only were there no dish cloths, but nothing to clean a pot or pan.- Alarm to sliding door was off upon our arrival.- Ad stated "plenty of towels".......the house sleeps 8 and there were not 8 towels. We all had to share.- BBQ was absolutely gross. I would not cook on it.- I almost killed myself when i sat on the plastic chair outside - all 4 are broken RIDICULOUS.- Laundry basket broken- Upstairs shower and sink do not drain. Trying to shower and had to stand in a pool of water.I don't mind a dated home. But I draw the line at dirty and broken.When we stay somewhere we like to keep it clean and treat it like our own but this house was not clean to begin with. It was gross. I sat on the couch and there was dirt all in the cushions; dirty windows; dust all over the floor; stove top dirty - I could go on.

Sadly this customer did not inform me during her stay of these issues, except for the small ants which were dealt with immediately. I make it very clear to all guests to get in touch with my management company if there are any issues during a stay, so that they can be addressed in a timely manner. However it was only once they had departed did I receive a message effectively demanding a partial refund or negative feedback would be left. All rather unethical IMHO.

Perfect getaway

This house was the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed the sunsets off the patio and watching all the ducks in the lake behind us. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing get-away

My husband and I stayed 9 weeks this winter. Really enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching all the birds in the backyard lake.Was thoroughly relaxing.Just think the bedding could be up-dated. Otherwise a lovely retreat.

After a long but enjoyable day at the theme parks or shopping, there is nothing better we enjoy more than sitting on the pool deck watching the sun go down whilst the silence is only broken by the sound of the lake's water fountain, oh and the kids playing in the pool!
