Imagine spending the afternoon floating in your private pool while the kids splash in the creek just a few steps away. Evenings end around the fire pit with s'mores, stars overhead, and no neighboring cabins in sight. That's the kind of vacation Mint To Be was designed for.

The outdoor space is unlike anything else in Hochatown. Your private seasonal creek is the first thing kids run to and the last thing they want to leave; wading, stone skipping, exploring. The new play structure is on the other side of the creek, which serves as a backdrop of your kiddos imagination. The gated pool has loungers and plenty of sun. The covered hot tub deck has an outdoor Smart TV and a gas grill. The fire pit is built for s'mores and long conversations. A hammock hangs in the trees by the creek. Cornhole and yard games sit under string lights.

Inside, the space feels as good as it looks.
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the great room with light. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for a real group meal, and the dining table seats everyone. The living room has plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a gas fireplace available in the cooler months.

The adults sleep well here.
Both king suites are on the main floor, each with luxury linens, a Smart TV, and a private spa ensuite with a deep soaking tub and an oversized tiled shower. These are real retreats not just rooms.

The rest of the crew is handled.
The loft bunk room fits up to four with a twin-over-full bunk, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa plus its own Smart TV.

And then there's the arcade.
A custom console with 60 classic games. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong. The rematches write themselves.

A few things worth knowing:
◆ Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
◆ The booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.
◆ Pool heating is available September - May at $75 per night and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
◆ The gas fireplace is available October - April.
◆ This is a pet free cabin (no exceptions)
◆ A short property-specific rental agreement is required after booking

◆ Refundable Security Hold: A $300 credit card authorization hold is required for all reservations. This is NOT a charge and no money is collected unless documented damage occurs. The hold is placed shortly before arrival and released after checkout following inspection.

Turtle Time Properties is a professional, software-connected host. This security hold is disclosed as part of the reservation requirements and is processed securely through our property management system.
