The house is 33 mins (21.5 miles) to Gunstock, 41 mins (39 miles) to Loon, 46 mins (47 miles) to Cannon, 41 mins (35 miles) to Waterville and 1 hour (63 miles) to Britton Woods. It’s also only a few mins to the major snowmobile corridor. Conveniently located near to stores, restaurants and the Tilton Outlets; all only 13 mins (9 miles) away. Parking isn’t an issue as the property has plenty of space for multiple vehicles.
Although this cozy house has been completely updated inside, please be understanding when it comes to the exterior. The house will be painted once the weather permits and landscaping is a work in progress.
