This gated oasis is walking distance to the beach and also to the quaint town of Dominical with all its amenities. The location is ideal if you wish to explore this gorgeous area which is internationally recognized for its lush flora and fauna. The suite has beautiful colonial style tropical hardwood furniture which blends beautifully with the lush outdoor gardens and old growth trees. It is normal to see resident iguanas around the shared pool and BBQ area which makes for great photos and fun!

Check in time is anytime after 4pm. Easy self check in is available at this property using keyless entry code provided close to check in date.

We recommend checking in before 6pm as it is dark after this time and roads here are badly lit and do not have good paint and/or signage.

Early check in is not available if the villa is being cleaned the day you arrive. Please inquire if you wish to have an early check in.

Guests must use designated covered guest parking. The suite numbers are indicated above each parking spot. If you have a second vehicle it must be parked in the uncovered large communal parking area that is adjacent (it is not permitted to use another suite's covered parking spot).

It is important for guests to know that this gated property is located beside a major coastal road and traffic noise is unavoidable. There is a cement wall which helps lowers the noise level.
