The property is well maintained. The location is walking distance to the beach and plenty of nightlife food/drink. The owner is very responsive. I will stay again in the future.

This place needs major renovation. Maintenance seems to be neglected for long-long time. Appliances including microwave donā€™t work. Doors have issues opening or closing including entrance door and master bedroom doors. Shower heads donā€™t work. Beds and old, turning makes noise and very uncomfortable. Furnitures, linens, utensils, cookware are very very very old. Only one thing is good about this property is the location, itā€™s very close to the beach. Owner responded pretty quickly but these inconveniences were nothing he could take care of during our visit. I hope he takes care of these issues and I donā€™t recommend this property until and unless he gets everything fixed!

Amazing property and location

I booked this house because my teen daughter and her best friend signed up for a local surf camp. They had an amazing time at the beach for the week and this house could not have been any more convenient. It smelled so clean as we walked in, it was close to the beach bars and lots of restaurants. We will be booking this home anytime we go back to JAX.

The host was amazing, the closeness to the beach made it very convenient for us to walk back and forth. Very spacious and close to the restaurants/ bars etc. We will certainly be back! Thanks again.

Awesome spot

Loved our stay and the host was really accommodating. Close to the public beach, this make watching the sunrise quick and easy. The a/c in the house was strong and kept the house cool on days when the temperature was over 100. This is my new spot every time i come back to Jacksonville.

PRIME Location

Overall a relaxing stay...and location was PRIME. Host was very great at communication and follow up as we had a few hiccups when we arrived. He was very responsive and took action to fix our issues.

The house was beautiful and amazing. There was multiple balconies to sit and look off of. The bed was very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach and to a side walk along the beach to multiple different businesses and the pier. Just know that there are multiple stairs to get inside of the house. There is another unit on the bottom floor with a different entryway. There are only 2 parking spots shared for both units. There is free parking across the street but it was very hard to get a parking spot there because they were always filled. We ended up pulling 1 of our cars almost to the door and pulled the other one in behind it but it was tight. The second parking space was taken by the tenant of the other unit. The kitchen had very minimal kitchen supplies which was plenty for us but maybe not if u plan to do alot of cooking. Minimal towels and wash clothes but thankfully there was a washer and dryer. Overall it was a very nice place and we loved our stay there.

Nice location and Clean

Location is near the beach and lots of local bars and restaurants. House was clean and well-maintained. Lots of stairs so if you have any type of mobility issues its probably not the place for you. All three balconies could use some TLC.

Great Locarion/ Need maintanance

Great location only a couple steps to the beach and the local restaurant and bars in the downtown area. The property needs a lot of maintenance everything from a broken microwave to the shower ceilings chipping. There were no beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas towels) Which we found unusual for a beach property.

Prime location

The house was super close to the beach which made it great for teens who didn't want to stay on the beach all day and for adults who did! The one drawback was that there was only one TV, so with teen boys who take their Playstation everywhere, that was difficult. No biggie, though. We'll know to bring an extra TV next time. Again, the location was perfect, only a two minute walk to the beach!

Difficult Experience

The Owner did not disclose that the bottom area was a separate rental. They promised two spots but the bottom folks parked in the driveway. The home mentioned that it sleeps 6 but only had space for 4 people. TV was not working. Coffee maker broken. Roaches everywhere. Teh house was not available on time. Maid had us return so she could finish. backyard and around the home was not well kept. The beach was close and great proximity for walking. Food around area was good. It would be difficult to suggest others to stay at this rental. Overall a bad experience.

Location location location

This unit is closed to a lot of dining and walking distance to the pier and Margaritaville beach hotel. We did not really do much cooking during our stay so wonā€™t be able to comment on that. Definitely Cleanliness can be improved as some petā€™s hair was found on one of the bedsheets

Great property close to the beach

The beach is literally across the street! We had a great time and the house was one of nicest vrboā€™s I have stayed in. The neighborhood is great, very walkable and safe with lots of restaurants around.

Awesome stay!

Our stay was great! Very spacious property, very clean, and very close to the beach! We enjoyed our privacy, and our children enjoyed being able to walk our dog in the neighborhood. Theo is an amazing host and very attentive to any question that we had! We will be back to stay again!!
