As you enter the house you will pass under a glass walkway into the great room with the Florida sun beaming through the wall of windows. The southern exposure on this house gives you full sun exposure. As you enter the house you will see the gas heated SALT water pool with new hard landscaping which will lure you outside. This house was designed for outdoor living. The sliding doors across the entire back of the house pocket into the walls enhancing the outdoor living experience. The famed architects at MHK architecture designed the outdoor living with a covered “summer kitchen”. Outdoor dining inside or outside will be your choice . The property has an UNOCCUPIED guesthouse which will be closed and not in use during your stay so you will enjoy complete privacy of the entire property. Enjoy the landscaped yard including coconut, lychee, lemon and avocado trees. During the evening enjoy the pool side natural gas fire bowl with flames reflecting off the pool and warm up by the fireplace on the deck. A spa awaits your use. The pool has an outdoor 1/2 bathroom and an outdoor shower. The outdoor lighting is new and shows the beauty of the landscape at night. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to the upstairs deck for enjoying the sun.

The kitchen and dining table flow out to the outdoor kitchen. The island is enhanced with a glass countertop. The concrete dining room table can seat four.
Off the kitchen is a study in case you need to do a quick zoom conference. The living room has 25 foot ceilings and a large TV with surround sound. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a large open bathroom shower and walk in closet.
As you go upstairs you will proceed up the travertine steps to the second bedroom with its own bathroom. This bathroom has special feature with a door leading to a large outdoor second floor deck also serviced by the spiral staircase. There is no better place to watch the brilliant stars in the Naples nighttime skies than the outdoor second floor deck. Your favorite will be star gazing above the silhouettes of the palm trees.

Cross to the other side of house walking over the glass walkway. Don’t worry it is the same glass used in the Grand Canyon glass walkway over the canyon. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a large private bathroom. TV’s are in all three bedrooms. A laundry room is also on the second floor for all your laundry needs.

PET POLICIES: Fully house-trained small dog less than 10 pounds is allowed with approval of the breed and age - so please include any dog in your inquiry prior to booking. A pet departure cleaning surcharge of $100 plus pet rent of $25/day will apply. Weekly housekeeping is included with your rental of this home and the cost is included in your price quote.

Natural gas is used to heat the pool, spa and fire features. The rent includes a $250 credit towards use of gas during you stay with any balance over $250 owed by the tenant.
