The house was beautiful and it’s just like everything you see in the pictures and even better!! We were there for a month and had a blast. The pool has sun all day and was heated perfectly. The stores were super close by and most importantly Michael the host was fantastic! His attention to detail was fabulous & he has great taste. I highly recommend this house and I’m sure we will be back!!!!

Great Place & Owner!

Michael's place is gorgeous & very comfortable. It's professionally decorated and it shows, with nice furniture and art throughout. The pool is very nice and private. The neighborhood is great for walks and a short distance to restaurants & the beach. Highly recommend!

Lovely, stylish home

This is a lovely, unique property. It is beautifully decorated inside, and the yard and grounds are wonderful. We very much enjoyed the comfort and aesthetic of the home, and Michael was a pleasure to work with. Access to restaurants, walks, and bakerides was good.

What a great house in a great location with every amenity we could have asked for! So much better to have room to enjoy than to be in a hotel room for twice the price. Michael has done a great job with the house and we really enjoyed meeting him. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone and everyone. We'll be back.

Wonderful visit to Naples!

Our stay at Michael's home was all we hoped it would be...relaxing and rejuvenating! Michael has worked magic on his property; including his beautiful pool which we enjoyed morning, noon and night. We thank him for sharing his impeccably appointed home with us... we look forward to getting back there for more fun in the sun! Thanks Michael for being such a welcoming and gracious host!

We adore this bougie bungalow!

My friend and I have stayed at many VRBO's and this was our favorite as we didn't want for anything. Mike was an amazing host and he made sure we were accommodated in every way. He had beach chairs, bikes, ice packs and the most comfortable beds (hotel quality) but the cherry on top was the style of the place. We loved hanging out on the back porch with the garden views and listening to music and soaking in the FL rays. We felt like we warped into a stylish 60's movie scene and the area was so nice. Mike made sure we had everything we needed and he was very accommodating and responsive with any of our questions. Thank you for making our stay magical, Mike! We will be back. :-)

Great outdoor space, great host, and close proximity to 5th Avenue and Beach

Great communication with Mike. He consistently checked-in to ensure everything at the property met expectations and to ensure we had no issues we needed help with. It’s about a 10 minute bike ride to Miramar Beach and Lowdermilk Beach. We greatly enjoyed our time. Great flow to the home. Thank you. Mike.

a happy spring sojourn in Naples

This is an attractive, and comfortable home in Naples. Michael is an excellent host who provides links to information concerning things to do. Located on a corner lot, it is fully privatized with lovely landscaping. Beach access requires knowledge of the area, or friends, which I happened to have for sunset viewing. Location offers roads leading both south and north. I would return.

Great stay in this lovely home.

We had a great week. Decorating is refreshingly up-to-date “tasteful contemporary”. Close to downtown area and activities on north end of Naples. Very relaxing week. Porch decor/seating and backyard landscaping are nice for outdoor living. Comfortable bed! Would return.

And into retirement we go!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's home. Very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Mike was a perfect host making us feel very welcome and relaxed during our stay. Always available for anything we might need as well as great recommendations for things to do in the area. My husband retired while we were there and we couldn't think of a better place to celebrate this milestone! Thanks Mike for everything!

Great Little House

This is a great little house with OUTSTANDING decorating.. All of the extra little decorating touches inside and out gave this property a great vibe and a pleasure to stay in. Quiet Oasis in Convenient Location

This understated property is clean, well decorated and a short drive to the beaches and restaurants of Naples. Michael is very responsive and cares about little things, like making sure the Naples Daily News is delivered every day and bikes are ready in the garage. The backyard is quiet and a perfect spot for some takeout and wine at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

At home under the sun

We have spent 1 week in Naples and definitely enjoyed the place. Michael's house in well located in a quiet area and offers a nice garden with all the necessary equipment (sunbeds, sofas, coffee tables) and a precious veranda with mosquito net (much better to us than a screened-in veranda) to stay away from insects. The house in nicely decorated with photos and paintings on the walls which makes it warm and pleasant. We felt good and at home the first minute we came in. Nothing comparable with anonymous rental houses... In addition Michael was very responsive and gave us many tips on things to do, to visit etc We strongly appreciated our stay at Michael's home and highly recommend it

The Perfect House for Two Couples

This house has a great location, just north of downtown Naples. The owner is a decorator, so it really has a lot of eye appeal inside. The owner also is very responsive to any emails -- I was impressed by that! Two couples rented the house and it couldn't have been more appropriate -- bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, a great kitchen area, relaxing den, and you couldn't ask for a more perfect space to drink your morning coffee than in the screened-in lanai. We really looked forward to returning to this house after a day of exploring all that Naples had to offer! A definite five-star rental!!
