Large living room, dining room and kitchen. Two king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can relax at home or check out Frenchy's , Crabby's and many more restaurants . Clearwater Marine Aquarium , Pier 60 , and Sunset dinner cruises are a two minute walk.

Cozy Beach Condo

My stay at the penthouse was nothing but relaxing. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the beautiful views of the beach, I enjoyed my time here very much. A big thanks to the owner and her son who were helpful with anything I needed. I will be returning soon!

Great penthouse

I enjoyed my 3 week stay. The penthouse is a cool layout with great outdoor space on the expansive private deck. The location is close to everything, beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a need for some updating but all-in-all I was pleased. The hosts were nice and always responsive.

Memorial weekend stay

We were overall happy with our stay. Short walk to the beach and several options for food within walking distance. The condo had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay. Could use a few more pans and cooking utensils and dish towels though but we managed. We were happy that there was an air fyer there though. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with as well.

Great location!

We had a great stay at The Beachouse Inn! The location is perfect to walk almost everywhere in Clearwater Beach. The beach was a close walk and the unit had beach chairs to use. The floor plan, along with the two king suites, was perfect for two couples. The small pool was great and everyone there was very nice. As stated in some previous reviews, the unit was not very clean and in need of some repair. They did come to clean the floors when requested, but the corners and behind the toilets were still missed. The carpet in the one bedroom definitely needs to be ripped out. That all being said, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Lots to like, but needs some updating

There was lots to like about the place. Great space, two en-suites plus another full bath, big balcony, quiet, privacy, and great location. But, it is very dated with regard to furnishings, fixtures and equipment, like the paint, carpet, beds and appliances. Definitely not nearly as fresh as I have previously gotten on my many VRBO stays. I could see how other guests might be turned off by the dated and weathered FF&E. But, it’s typical of an old Florida hotel/motel experience for the most part, but you also get the conveniences of a home. Considering the price paid for what we got, I was satisfied. The value price allowed for us to overlook the flaws. The host was very responsive to a couple requests we made, and the neighbors were all friendly.

This Place Is TIRED!!

First Charmeme is a good and kind person. However, this 2bdr place has been surface cleaned so many times that there is dirt everywhere - woodwork, baseboards, windows, rugs etc. McDonalds containers behind side tables, carpet in bedroom and stairs so dirty we decided NOT to have our friends stay over. Cabinet doors and closet doors off hinges - appliances and fixtures that need replacing - mildewed shower curtains - dirty range and oven - when we arrived we washed bed mattress pad that was disturbing - yadda yadda yadda. Think twice about this property. Not the owner’s fault that building a new hotel near the beach will soon block the gulf view completely, but while we were there the construction noise began early and lasted throughout the day - parade of dump trucks, cement trucks and equipment was not what we signed up for. No one mentioned this. Keep looking.

Dear Greg , We're looking at and understand your concerns - but they do not reflect our Penthouse ! Any issues were resolved immediately upon your first day of check in :) Our housekeepers deep cleaned weekly including appliances-no mildew . And cleaned the bedroom carpets. The Beachouse has always had a balcony gulfview of the bay :) The hotel that's under construction is several blocks away - is a newer replacement of the previous building. Construction times are only during business hours - and does not disturb other guests. Our regular guests do appreciate our unique gem in Clearwater Beach. We wish you well. Thank you ! Charmene
