Three bedroom home on the hill with Hot Tub, Fire Table, BBQ and Golf Cart

Catalina three bedroom plus small bonus room, two bath relaxation home with a 2022 EzGo Freedom Elite Lithium four person Electric Golf Cart, Hot Tub, BBQ and Fire Table. One of the few homes in Avalon with central AC and heat. Home is located in the hill section of Avalon. This home has ramps for easy access with no stairs if desired.



This home comfortably sleeps a max of six guests and is in a quiet residential area. No parties or events are allowed at this home. This home is perfect for families and guests wanting a quiet relaxing getaway. Each bedroom has a queen bed plus a small bonus room with a twin bed.

The large backyard has a 115 Jet Hot Tub that is amazing for relaxing after a long day walking around the city. Hot tub has as easily lift for cover open/close. Please note hot tub hours are 9 AM to 9 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Situated above the hot tub is a six person fire dining table and Webber Genesis BBQ. Both are hard lined to natural gas; no need to worry about propane refills. There are casual seating areas in the backyard and on front patio. There is a Pergola over the dining table that can be open or closed for shade or to let the sky through. It also can provide some protection during rain.

This is a SCUBA diver friendly home with areas to wash and store dive gear. We are divers ourselves as well. With the golf cart it is easy to take two divers / gear to casino point at a time. Multiple trips will be needed for additional divers.

The living room has a 65” TV with popular streaming apps and surround sound, electric reclining couch, chaise couch, wine bar, and two work/eating Counters. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has a coffee maker with option for K-Cups or Drip Coffee.

The master bedroom has a walk-in large shower, TV with popular streaming apps, Queen Bed with Drawers and two closets. There is a pack-in-play in the closet.

The second Jack/Jill style bathroom has a Jetted Tub, and gorgeous tile surround. There is a washer/dryer located next to the bathroom

The middle bedroom has a large chest of drawers, TV, and a Queen Bed. This bedroom has quick access to the second bathroom.

The front bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and attached access to shared bathroom.

There is a very small room off the living room that we have provided a Twin XL bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

There are multiple USB Power plugs throughout the house. Wi-Fi is also available in all areas of the home. There are two cameras located at front Entry and Front of House. Home uses Noiseaware decibel metering technology to alert of loud parties. We appreciate you helping us to be a good neighbor for the year round residents of Avalon. This is not a home for loud drinking parties. We do need to strictly enforce this and the maximum of six guests to stay in accordance with our rental license.

Rental agreement for use of hot tub and golf cart needs to be signed after booking.
