Living space
Mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors and imported 15th-century reclaimed limestone from Corsica give this condo a depth of character that sets it apart. The open-concept living area is bright and easygoing, with Smart TVs featuring Alexa voice control and ceiling fans to keep the coastal breeze moving through the space.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is fitted with a Cariloha king mattress and quality linens for genuine rest. A king-sized sofa sleeper in the living area accommodates additional guests, bringing the total capacity to 4.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel KitchenAid appliances - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - alongside a Keurig stocked with Starbucks coffee capsules ready for your first morning cup. A blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils mean proper meals are well within reach. Dine at the table inside or pull it out to the balcony and eat with the view.

Balcony

Practicalities
The condo has a washer, iron, clothing storage, hangers, and bed linens. The bathroom comes stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A shared hot tub is available as part of the Hamilton Cove community facilities. Please note: there is no air conditioning - ceiling fans and portable fans are provided. There is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm on the property. Hamilton Cove's common areas have security cameras; a front door camera and patio camera are also present.
