This condo accommodates up to 4 guests with a spacious bedroom featuring a Cariloha king bed dressed in soft linens. In the open living area, a king-sized sofa sleeper offers a comfortable option for additional guests. The single bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor living
The balcony is designed for both relaxation and dining, furnished with seating and a table that makes it easy to share meals with an ocean view. A BBQ grill with utensils invites you to prepare casual outdoor feasts while enjoying the coastal backdrop.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks capsules, and everything you need for home-cooked meals. From refrigerator and freezer to stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, all essentials are on hand, along with wine glasses, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table or carried outside to the balcony.

Free parking is available on-site, and an EV charger allows you to charge electric vehicles directly at the property. For getting around Avalon, a 2020 EZGO electric golf cart is included with your stay.
