There is a large 65" Flat TV and a full size sofa bed that can be used. The kitchen is fully remolded with new major appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. And fully equipped to make the most amazing meals. Washer/Dryer in the pantry by the kitchen.

The Dinning room can accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen additionally has a large island as well that can sit 4 adults.

In the hallway there is a convenient 1/2 bathroom.

Toward the outside of the home there is a large screened in Patio, great to keep bugs out and enjoy the beautiful Florida keys weather. The Patio is a great place to entertain, relax and eat. There is a large dinning table overlooking the waters that can sit 10-12 adults. There are lounge chairs, fans, TV, and games to enjoy in the Patio.
On the side of the home there is a BBQ grill,/smoker that is excellent for grilling some of your favorite foods. We ask please to keep the grill in its location away from the home. This is to prevent any accidents.

For those that wish to enjoy the keys without the use of a vehicle, we provide bicycles for your use to pedal around to the various sights. We recommend biking through the botanical garden as well as Pennekamp. There are also Kayaks available to venture into the many canal and bay water passages to have an amazing adventure.

The boat dock is great. Spot our frequent visitors dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife that travel thru. The dock is equipped with underwater lights so you can view the marine life at night, which is extraordinary. The boat lift can hold up to 15K lbs and it can be used upon request.
In addition there is a custom built Fish cleaning station with two hoses to make cleaning your catch of the day even easier.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with a 55" TV an ensuite full size remolded Bathroom. A new custom built closet

Bedroom 2 has a Twin size bunk bed and a twin size trundle that rolls out. Plus a new custom built closet.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed with an ensuite full size remolded bathroom. As well as a very large custom built closet.

The home is minutes away from some of the Keys great restaurants and Entertainments (Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill, Sundowners, Lazy Lobster, Pilot House, Snappers).

There are also many attractions close by.
John Pennekamp, Dolphins Plus, Island Dolphin Cove where you can swim with the Dolphins. There is also the beautiful reefs like Christ of the Deep which holds the famous underwater statue. Molasses Reef which holds an extensive reef complex. Wild Bird rehabilitation center offering so many birds that are native to the Keys. Spiegel Grove which is a 510 foot reef, which holds an iconic artificial reef wrecks in the Keys. Harry Harris Park offers an amazing beach with picnic areas and a playground for the kids. Dagny Johnson Botanical state park holds peaceful trails with Butterflies flying through. Theater of the Sea is also a must do. It is a marine mammal park where you can sting rays and nurse sharks and many other sea life.
