Well maintained 4 Bedroom/4.5 bath Oceanside Waterfront Home with 180 foot dock surrounding property. Enjoy the 14' x 20' Tiki Hut overlooking 2 canals, mature tropical landscaping, and nature with a TV, Cable, Stereo/CD player, IPOD Docking, WIFI, 2 ceiling fans and additional 3 outdoor mounted fans. Enjoy 2 custom built enclosed roofless outside showers. Spacious and comfortable interior furnishings, quality towels, and bedding. Completely tiled interior. Quiet location overlooking 2 deep water canals that lead to North Sound Creek/Atlantic Ocean and Largo Sound, South Sound Creek/Atlantic Ocean, Adams Waterway (The Cut), and Blackwater Sound/Florida Bay. Go boating, fish, swim, paddle board, kayak, and canoe from the 180' concrete dock surrounding property. 12,000 pound boat lift. 2 Master Bedrooms with queen size beds overlooking the canals and nature, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom/shower and one bedroom with full/double size bed. Mature heavily landscaped yard with Areca palms, many colorful bougainvillea, hibiscus, crotons, silver and green buttonwoods. Completely fenced yard with privacy fencing. Enjoy the stars with 2 large private enclosed outdoor roofless showers. We are 1.5 miles from John Pennenkamp Coral Reef State Park with 2 beaches and the best fishing and diving in the country. Very relaxing, scenic, and peaceful. Fish, swim, sun, grill on the 2 grills, and enjoy the birds, manatees and nature under the Tiki Hut. Launch our kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe from dock. Paddle to North Sound Creek/Atlantic Ocean, Largo Sound Bay, and South Sound Creek to the Atlantic Ocean or float through Adams Waterway (The Cut) into Blackwater Sound/Florida Bay and beautiful sunsets. Cruise the paved 10+ mile bike paths north and south through Key Largo on our bicycles. We offer 2 boats for rent. Grady White 20' and Sea Cat 26' with GPS/Fish finders, coast guard equipment, snorkeling equipment, nets, fishing poles, cast nets, tackle box, bait buckets, coolers. Perfect location for exploring the Florida Keys and enjoying the local flora and fauna!

Right on the corner of 2 canals. As soon as you pull in the driveway, you can't wait to jump in a kayak and head to Pennekamp or Rowleys Park. We enjoyed the house so much, it was hard to leave every day. We spent a week here and saw

A Classic Old Florida Experience

Great location, beautiful and very private yard on the canal. The Tiki hut and Canal wildlife make the place super great. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and even though neither master bedroom has a full ensuite bath, the outdoor showers make the whole outdoor package complete and very cool. The owner is very responsive and accommodating, and does a good job of maintaining equipment in a saltwater environment.This is a nature lover's dream, we were here a month and had many unique wildlife experiences. We experienced iguanas, manatees, fish, eel, crab and shark on the dock from the comfort of the Tiki Hut.Overall, we had a great time and would return to this fun retreat.

Convenient location

Thanks Jim for letting us enjoy your house. The landscaping is beautiful and provides a great place to kickback and relax. I was tickled to finally see a manatee in the canal. The house is just a stones throw away from the highway which is very convenient to great places to eat and things to do. We really enjoyed eating at The Catch . The food was great and the prices extremely reasonable . My husband biked everyday and thought the bike trails were very nice. He also took advantage of the outside shower, weather permitting! Nice house on water in Key Largo!

Very nice stay. Illinois family of 4 with 2 kids, 9 and 4 years old. We stayed the last week of February. The owner Jim was helpful and honest and does what he can for you to have a nice vacation. We used the kayaks, and a canoe. The house is comfortable and clean. Good wifi, cable TV, full kitchen. There is a shed full of stuff (bikes, helmets, life vests, etc...) that we used. The beds were comfortable and clean and bathrooms fine. We stayed in the upper keys the whole time. Went to Harry Harris park, and the Islamorada city park where they have a huge pool and high diving boards. Mike T

Great Home Base For Exploring the Keys

What a great home base for exploring the Keys and close to Everglades National Park and all the state parks and historic sites along the Keys. The home is exactly as is represented in the photos and description. You are right off a quiet canal, far enough off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable our entire stay. We paddled across Key Largo Sound to Pennekamp State Park and around the canals with the kayaks and canoes provided. There were life jackets, paddles, bikes, board games, cards, cable TV for those who don't know how to cut the cord . . . all the comforts of home. Jim was a pleasure to deal with and someone who follows through. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to the Keys. Thanks for the great stay, Jim!

This place has EVERYTHING for a perfect get away from the hustle & bustle of city life!

Go relax in a quiet safe & enjoyable home in Key Largo. Jim has everything there you could possibly need, just like home! Feed the fish, manatee and iguanas and enjoy sitting under the tiki hut with the fans to cool you off! What a tropical quiet paradise from the hustle of city life! We enjoyed fishing, kayaking & the sandbar! Took out a charter trip to catch mahi-mahi and had it for dinner! Visited the park and took the glass bottom boat to see the reef! You will not regret staying here ♥️

Fantastic Experience

We absolutely loved having this property to relax at in-between excursions. There were plenty of activities to keep the children busy. And we loved meeting all the critters of florida!

A slice of paradise

The owner was fantastic and the property was fantastic! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and the property felt very private. Would recommend this place without hesitation! Definitely hope to go back someday!!

Great Keys Vacation

Jim was an excellent host meeting us at check-in and giving us a tour on the Sea Cat boat that we rented for the week. We spent everyday on the water and had a great time. Highly recommend the boat rental. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and the house is close to several great restaraunts.

Perfect keys house

I have been traveling to the keys my entire life visiting my grandparents who lived in Marathon. This house reminded me so much of their house but much nicer! We saw manatees in the canal and kayaked and paddle boarded through the canal. It was perfect to watch the kids playing in the water while sitting under the tiki hut. We also rented a boat to take the kids tubing and snorkeling. Will be returning next year!

Perfect setup

What a great property and Host (Jim). So many add ons to the property that really make this place special. We have stayed numerous places throughout the keys and was a little reluctant to stay in key largo but we are so glad we did. So much to do and see in the waters around key largo and the house was the best hands down we have ever stayed at in the keys. From the canal front living room, the canal front bedrooms, the well kept property to the tiki hut it was more than we expected. Plus Jim has everything you could possibly need for any water activities. Rent his boat for the week and explore everyday. 5 minutes from house dock to channel to ocean. We only left house once to feed tarpon at Robbies for the kids other than that it was on the water. House is a must if you are considering. And when I say Jim has everything I mean it. Stayed at many vrbo rentals searching for stuff and this house never fell short of anything needed. If you are weighing your options on different houses to rent and this is one do yourself a favor and go with this one.

Very relaxing and fun

This property is beautiful and very relaxing and stress free. Jim is great and very accommodating. We got visits from the iguanas and manatees. The only reason why it did not get 5 stars is you can't really fish in the canal, everyone feeds the fish so they won't bite. That is really the only downside.

Superbe maison dans un coin sauvage

Superbe location dans un petit coin sauvage, un petit goût de paradis! Nous étions trois adultes et trois adolescentes. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin même plus : des vélos, des kayaks, une planche de paddle. Nous avons fait des journées pêche et avons même nagé avec des lamantins!!!! Commerces à moins de cinq minutes en voitures, miami à 1h 15, les everglades à 1h et Key west à 2h30. Bref, c'était génial! Merci pour les conseils dans le classeur à l'entrée de la maison! On a adoré!!! A recommander sans hésitation.

Fantastic! Had everything we could have wanted or needed.

Extremely well kept with beautiful garden. The tiki hut was a great place to spend time relaxing. Really appreciated the fans and stereo. The fishing was very good from the dock and by katak. Everyone had a great tjme!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Thanks Jim for letting us stay at your place!! It was absolute paradise! We enjoyed seeing the iguanas and manatees right out the back door as well as adventuring out on the kayaks and canoes. Your dock right out the back door sure made it convenient for some ocean fishing and what a catch. We had grouper, snapper, margate and hogfish all in one outing. Then to be able to clean them with your set up under the tiki while listening to music made cleaning fish seem like fun. After all our playing everyday- we were only to happy to retire to our individual rooms, to comfy beds and TV in each one. THANK YOU-THANK YOU!! We will be returning ASAP.

Fantastic house on the canal

What a wonderful gem on Key Largo! The house and gardens are beautiful, well cared for and extremely comfortable. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The whole group enjoyed spending time at the tiki hut watching my son and husband fish. They fished every day and were very successful. We appreciated having the kayaks and canoes and made good use of them most evening. We are already discussing our next visit and look forward to staying here again!

Would come again.

We had 8 adults n 1- 4 yr old. Plenty of room for everyone with all the necessities needed for a Great vacation. No seeims were a challenge but whole island had them. Bug spray and fans a Big help. Would deffinately come back again. Thank You Jim for a home way from home.

Great value! Great place!

We really enjoyed the property. Kayaking is great in the area and grilling and chilling under the tiki hut was a nice way to relax afterwards. Jim has really thought of everything to make sure your vacation goes perfectly. Book this place early though, popular for obvious reasons.

Privacy! Privacy! Peace, nature, and tranquility. Fish and feed the many mangrove snapper and parrot fish, grunts, and pinfish from the Tiki Hut. Property is surrounded by 180' concrete dock on 2 canals with beautiful nature across canal from Tiki Hut. Swim, kayak, canoe, paddle board, and go boating from our dock. Sit under the Tiki Hut and enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and your favorite beverage. Grill out on the large stainless steel gas grill and/or the weber charcoal grill.
