The shuttle service is managed by the ski resort, not by us directly, so schedules and availability can sometimes vary. For guests who plan to rely on the shuttle, it can be helpful to check the current schedule and availability in advance when planning transportation during their stay. We also apologize for the confusion with the hot tub and community facility code, and for the inconvenience of the indoor hot tub being out of service during your visit. Unfortunately, those amenities are maintained and managed by the HOA. We're glad to hear you were still able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub.
