Open, light & bright, and meticulously-maintained cabin in popular Munds Park. Located on a quiet & beautiful tree-lined street, this home is an ideal getaway. The large south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight & twinkling stars into the great room & kitchen area. The primary bedroom is downstairs & 2 bedrooms plus a loft/office & full bathroom are upstairs. An extended & oversized front patio (with wrap-around deck & gas grill) makes a wonderful outdoor living space. Child & pet friendly. Upgrades included granite counters, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, beautiful/rustic real-wood floors, 50" smart TV with soundbar & blue ray player (w movies), jetted tub in master, gas fireplace with stone front, custom paint, and ceiling fans throughout. Plus, home is pet and child friendly - numerous toys, gates for the stairway, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available upon request. Everything is provided - all you need to bring is a change of clothes and a toothbrush!

Large dual-pane south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight, and stars into the great room/kitchen area. Primary bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms plus loft/office& full bathroom upstairs. Extended and oversized front patio with partially covered wrap-around deck (with gas grill). Beautiful curb appeal with large boulders surrounding a spring run-off creek that wraps around the house. Open lot behind home offers additional privacy. This home will not disappoint.

Community Information: Wonderful playground, tennis courts, golf, basketball, clubhouse w/ workout facility and restaurant, community lake, hiking trails and Munds canyon are within a short walk from the home. Downtown Flagstaff is approximately 20 miles north and Sedona is approximately 40 miles to the southwest (great views of Sedona can be seen from a popular Munds Park hiking trail called Crystal Point). Snowbowl, one of the premier ski resorts in Arizona, is approximately 45 minutes from Munds Park. The Coconino National Forest surrounds Munds Park and provides nearly unlimited hiking, mountain bike, snowmobile, and ATV trails. Munds Park is approximately 90 miles to Phoenix - an easy drive and escape!

The house was excellent!! Perfectly nestled in a quiet wooded community in Munds park! We visited Flagstaff, Sedona and the Grand Canyon which all were within an hour and half from the cabin. Great place to stay with a family which we had 6 of us. Definitely worth the money…

We absolutely loved how spacious and clean the cabin was. Everything was labeled which was perfect, we didn’t have to go searching for things. Great view, great neighborhood, and excellent communication with our host. Definitely coming back!!

Perfect location for all of our activities. We did Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, hiking in Sedona and went up to Snowbowl ski area in Flagstaff. Wonderful trip!

Great property! We did have to call to figure out the door code as the instructions included a button to push that wasn’t there. My husband googled the lock type and he figured it out. We weren’t there much to enjoy the fireplace, but the one time I tried to start it, I couldn’t get it to light…perhaps out of propane? Would definitely go back. It was a great set up for our family of 4.

Glad you enjoyed our property and would definitely go back. Sorry for any confusion locking the door - for future, hold and press any number to lock the door. The fireplace works well (and always plenty of propane), just need to hit both switches to the left of fireplace. If it hasn't been used in a bit, it might take a few seconds to turn on. Everything was in good condition. CLEAN. The coffee maker was ready to use. The host really welcomes you like a warmth host. The bed and pillows in the master room were amazing.....beautiful retreat to stay. We want to go back! It has a nice water canal that surrounds the cabin. Bathrooms and kitchen had they soap dispensers refilled. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

We have small children and 2 Labrador retrievers that absolutely love visiting the cabin as well! Although it's less than 2 hours from our home in Scottsdale, our schedules don't allow us to get away as much as we’d like. Hence, we've decided to rent the property to provide quality guests a wonderful home to enjoy in our absence. Please note that I am a licensed broker/realtor in Arizona. We love the small, quiet community feel and the proximity to so many places (Phoenix, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, etc). We enjoy the activities that the bordering national forest, trails, lake and golf course offer. We also love the fact that it is conveniently located between Flagstaff & Sedona - 2 great cities that offer very different environments and experiences.

Open, bright, well designed & maintained. Some homes/cabins in this community are older, darker, and feel tight. This home offers a great floor plan, extended wrap-around deck and beautiful upgrades. The interior design and custom paint will make you very comfortable and feel at home.
