Welcome to your mountain sanctuary in Munds Park, where crisp pine-scented air, starlit skies, and endless trails await. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind, explore, and reconnect with nature—without sacrificing comfort or style.

🏡 The Cabin

Step into a soaring vaulted living room where a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the space and a huge wall of windows frames the breathtaking forest views. Whether you`re sipping coffee on a brisk morning or gathering for movie night, this space invites relaxation and connection.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements:

Expansive Owner’s Suite – A serene main-level retreat with plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, and some forest views.

Two Upstairs Bedrooms – Each with two twin beds, perfect for kids, cousins, or friends

Downstairs Mother-in-Law Suite – Private, cozy, with its own deck and bathroom, ideal for grandparents or couples seeking extra quiet


🍽️ A fully stocked kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook and entertain together. Dine indoors or step out onto the expansive deck surrounded by whispering pines—sunrises, sunsets, and midday lounging never looked better.

Except for a few off-limit cabinets and closets, guests will have the entire home to themselves.

Accessibility: Whether entering from the garage or front door guests will have to utilize stairs to access and use the cabin. The mother-in-law suite is on the ground level. Everything else requires stairs to access.

We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via AirBnB messaging , text, or call.

We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

After booking you will be sent a link to your online guest registration form. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.

We collect the following information during registration;
- All adult guests: Names
- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
- Vehicle information

Town Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. There is plenty of off-street parking spaces available, please try to only utilize the driveway and garage. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.

Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

If you are bringing a dog, it must be on the reservation so the pet fee is included in your total. You can add pets under guests.

About 3 days prior to your check-out date, a $300 security hold will be placed on your card on file for any damages or incidentals found after check-out. This hold will be automatically released about 3 days after check-out, less any charges.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read 😁

#1 – Shoes Off
• We ask that you please remove your shoes as you enter and do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!

#2 – Pets
• Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or the beds. PLEASE clean up your dog`s poop! Bags are provided. The cleaning team will be very appreciative 😁 A poop removal fee may apply. Please use provided dark towels to wipe your dogs` paws before they go inside the home. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.

#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!

#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!

#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!

#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.

#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
