Beautiful Munds Parks cabin with the best views in the Park.
3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs, Studio apartment down stairs.
Upstairs has three bedroom, two king beds and one queen, huge great room, cable TV, WIFI, games to play and table that converts into a poker table.
New flooring thru out, brand new stainless appliances.

Studio apartment downstairs has two sets of bunk beds as well as a reclyner sofa and an air hockey table. The studio also has a mini fridge, stove, oven, fireplace, cable and internet.

Cleaning fee $155

Pet friendly with $150 non refundable pet deposit.

$500 security deposit to be refunded after inspection.

No garage access, two parking spots up top.

We loved the view and outdoor hot tub. The fireplace kept us nice and toasty on the cold winter nights and we had all the things we needed to bring in the New Year!

We loved our stay and were impressed with the quality and quantity of the kitchenware, cookware.and appliances. The beds were very comfy and the view of the sunsets was spectacular. A great place for a getaway from Phoenix.

This was the best Place for a Family Vacation

Susan was amazing with communication. The place was very clean and the food loved the ‘Cabin’ feel of the place. Perfect for the 4th of July. Our kids had a great time enjoying the parade just like when they were kids. Thank you!!!!!

Fantastic getaway

The other reviewers were right, the view from the deck is fantastic!! The home was very clean and very well stocked. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs. There is a nice little fenced area that would be great for medium/large dogs. Our little boy couldn't do the stairs (tiny legs and he's a scaredy cat) so we ended up walking him out front and around the side instead. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet too. I'd love to stay here again!

Nice Stay

This place had more than enough room for the 7 of us. There was a huge snowstorm the day before check-in so it was still being cleaned when we got there but that was fine. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Had a nice time observing wildlife from the upstairs deck. Water in the hot tub had a bit of a stagnant smell but the showers were hot and we never ran out of hot water and there were plenty of towels. The host response time was a bit off putting. The first time we tried to reserve canceled out due to no response and we had to request again and one night the electricity including heat went out in the primary bedroom during freezing temperatures and the host didn't reply to VRBO messenger, calling or texting until the next day. We enjoyed ourselves overall and wouldn't mind staying again since pet friendly Vrbos are few and far between.

Comfortable and cozy home tucked away in Munds Park

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Munds Park. From this location we drove to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The house was just as described and is roomy and comfortable. The layout is great for relaxing and enjoying time with family. We really loved the views off of the back porch. Susan was an accomodating hostess, who provided excellent communication. This was a great find and we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay, cut short by a lot of snow!

The property was terrific, exactly as advertised -- large, lots of bedrooms, comfortably decorated, fun air hockey table for our teens, and warm hot tub, in a beautiful area of Munds Park. Communication with our host, Susan, was excellent and prompt. It had snowed a foot before we arrived, and the driveway was cleared and the heat was on for us, so we had no problem getting in. Unfortunately we had to leave a little early because a lot more snow was forecast to come. But again, our hosts were great about leaving instructions for us to secure the house before we left. We highly recommend this as a place for those who want to get away from it all, and we hope to come back when the weather is warmer.

Family vacation

We stayed here while we toured around Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was a nice central location. Susan was very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Amazing Place!

Susans home is exactly as described. It is in a great little community tucked away from the world. We woke up to deer in the yard. There was so much to do from the hot tub, to air hockey, to a cabinet full of games. We cant wait to come back in the summer.

Family Weekend Getaway

The cabin was both cozy and spacious. Multiple areas to play games, relax, and hangout. Kitchen cooking area is a bit tight but we made it work. Nice area with beautiful scenery all around. Host was nice and responsive.

Family Bonding Weekend

Three generations of our family had a great time together at your house. It was clean, plenty of room to either all get together or to have your own spaces. Kitchen was a little small, but very well supplied (except for no spatula for flipping pancakes). Temperatures were around 20 degrees at night, and we have a little difficulty tuning all of the separate wall heaters. The heaters in the two biggest upstairs bedrooms did not seem to cycle on and off to control temperature, but both either stayed on or off all the time. Overall, a very enjoyable weekend.

2-night Stay

This place is beautiful, with a great view (especially from the hot tub and decks during sunset)! The neighborhood is very serene and idyllic - it definitely has a cabin-in-the-woods feel. The house is clean, and cozy, and is stocked with plenty of amenities. The only reason we rated the location as "ok" is because there are no grocery stores nearby, limited restaurants, and the closest cities (Sedona and Flagstaff) are about 45 minutes away. This spot is great otherwise, especially if you're just going to get away and relax. The only other reasons we rated this property 3 stars instead of 5 is due to a couple issues that came up. When we first arrived about 4pm, some of the lights and outlets didn't work. The owners were quick to respond to us about this, and called to help us fix the issue (simple flipped breaker). That wasn't so bad, but later that first night my family and I went to shower, and there was only enough hot water for two of us. We figured it just needed some time, so we waited until the next morning (12 hours), and still no hot water. We alerted the owners, who again responded quickly, but said they weren't aware of any issues, and to give it time. However, we waited until the second night (24 hours later), and still no hot water. We let them know we were only trying to use one shower at a time, and nothing else, but there was nothing they could do. So, sadly, we only had hot water for the first 5-6 hours of our 2 night/3 day stay.

Served as "Girls" Cabin

We recently hosted a retreat and utilized this amazingly comfy cabin to house our female attendees. We felt safe, accomodated, and the views were inspiring and the spa just the ticket after a long day of mental gymnastics. The number of bathrooms was fantastic for all the girls to get ready at the same time! Susan was responsive and informational and the gust book was full of useful information. Highly recommend this home for individual privacy and room to gather all together.

Jeff and I purchased this home in Sept 2017 and fell in love with it. This home was purchased from an original owner (97 years old) with carpet in the bathrooms and kitchen, we have since replaced all flooring, appliances, toilets, etc.. We love it in the Park and felt it was too great not share with other people when we cant be up enjoying it!
