NOTE: Amenities include washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning/heat, dishwasher, microwave oven, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed wifi internet, smart Roku television, coffee maker and ample parking spaces. The condo is furnished and partially carpeted throughout. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed plus one children's bunk twin bed. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms, walk-in closets and TVs. A screened-in porch adds to the charm of this space and there’s plenty of natural lighting throughout. Great for couples (with/without kids), solo adventurers, business travelers, or if you want a great vacation.
The community pool is available during the season (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Guests have full access to the unit, including the kitchen. Ample parking is available. Guests have access to the Condominium Pool Facilities during the Summer Season only.

Quiet neighborhood just off Coastal Highway. Walking distance to Fin's Ale house and Rehoboth Diner. Within easy reach to beaches, breweries, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf. Most people drive but Lyft/Uber are options for getting around. Also, the bus runs up and down Coastal Highway. Pool Access is available to Seasonal rentals only (Memorial-Labor Day)
