Beautifully decorated, bright and cheerful, centrally located to fantastic restaurants, outlet/grocery/shopping. Kid-friendly. Approximately 3 miles to the beach.

Relax with your morning coffee on one of our two balconies with a pond view. Take a swim in the private, community pool just a short walk from our home.

Our home is fully equipped with amenities which include free WiFi, flat screen TV's, DVD's and DVD player, beach chairs, board games, and books.

The master suite has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, porch access, and a large bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The children's bedroom sleeps 4 and has a bunk bed with trundle and a futon couch/bed and a flat screen TV. Our home sleeps up to 8 comfortably. A second full bathroom is conveniently located between these bedrooms and includes a tub/shower and single vanity.

The open floor plan provides an inviting space for family time. It features a dining area, family room, and updated kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, ceramic tile, and stainless steel appliances.

Our family loved it!

We really enjoyed our week in Rehoboth, and the accommodations of your condo and the neighborhood were just perfect! Our family of seven was extremely comfortable here. It felt like home. We enjoyed the central location, easy access to beach and other attractions, the community pool, and the use of beach chairs and toys was a nice surprise! The Coughlins were wonderful hosts, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the unit. We didn't realize it was a second a second floor unit but it was wonderful.

The unit was located away from highway traffic noise but convienent to anywhere you need to be. Beach was never overcrowded and parking was available if you went early We did most of our meals at home, which we prefer, kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space in entire unit not just the kitchen. Bedrooms are a nice size and each has a very large closet. The screened in balcony was great early morning and relaxing after dinner . We had a wonderful time

Spacious apartment – central location

We loved the apartment. It was clean, very well furnished, and spacious. It had everything you can think of (even board games, toys for the kids, a high chair, a gate for the stairs for our 1-year old, books, and a lot more). We are so glad that we rented this apartment because it was so hot outside and we ended up spending a lot more time in the apartment than we had anticipated. The apartment is centrally located within 10-15 minute drive to downtown Rehoboth Beach, downtown Lewes, and beaches. There are many grocery stores and restaurants around. We highly recommend the apartment. We will definitely rent it again when we go back to Rehoboth Beach.

Perfect beach retreat

Great location if you're looking for somewhere close enough to the action, but still relaxing. The house has everything you need (our favorite spot: one of the patios has a table that's perfect for dinner & a sunset). Kirsten answered all of our questions and was super nice.

Family fun

Beautiful well kept condo~ loved the decor! Spacious, beautifully furnished with everything we needed for a fun vacation. My grandson and I played board games on the private porch overlooking the pond and fountain~so lovely! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and snacks for our family. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, which is so important to me when staying in a vacation home. Condo owner was very pleasant and accommodating. She is very easy to reach and returns emails and phone calls promptly. One of the nicest people I have dealt with when renting a vacation home. Overall a wonderful beach vacation!

Excellent Place to Stay!

The beach retreat was a great place to stay! I stayed with some of my girlfriends for a girls' weekend away. The house was a very convenient drive to the outlets and a close drive to the beach. The house was as cute, homey and clean as the pictures showed - and there was even a cute screened in balcony. The community has a nice pool and plenty of parking for those with multiple cars. The Rehoboth Diner is also within walking distance and we went both mornings for breakfast. The owners were excellent at answering questions and recommending area restaurants and local spots. We tried a few of the recommendations (restaurants) and were very happy with them all! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future!

Comfortable home base

We enjoyed our stay at your place. It is a comfortable place and nicely decorated. We will definately consider this place again if we come back to Rehoboth Beach. We have rented through VRBO multiple times in the past and this was one of the most pleasant experiences since Kirsten was quick to respond to any inquiries and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

Comfortable and Enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time. The layout flows well and is furnished beautifully. Nice touch with the "Welcome Pail." The pool was warm:) (great!) and the proximity to Cape Henlopen, Lewes and Rehoboth was very convenient. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We both grew up vacationing in Rehoboth and surrounding beaches and love all that this area has to offer. We wanted our children to experience and share our love of the surf and sand. When we found this home, we instantly knew it was a perfect fit for our family!
