Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Additional features of this condo include central air-conditioning and plenty of beach and pool towels.

On-site, you and your guests will have access to a variety of deluxe resort amenities including a shared and heated, rooftop pool, hot tub, fitness center, and easy beach access. And for dining options, visit the Beachfront Bar and Grille for casual lunches, and be sure to check out Sale E Pepe, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, for fine Italian cuisine, amazing Gulf views, and a lively lounge scene for before or after dinner cocktails.

This property is conveniently close to fishing charters, rental services for jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, and bicycles, dolphin and everglade tours, a movie theater, and yoga on the beach!

Things to Know
Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. Please see notes sent after booking in the confirmation email on how to contact the HOA as you must have the service animal registered before check-in.
The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice.
Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.
This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

The pool will be unavailable due to construction from approximately May 2025 through the end of April 2026.

Next break: The long weekend of Thanksgiving starting from Thursday, November 27th, 2025. High levels of noise are expected to be audible, as well as significant dirt and dust generation.

This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place!

This was a great spot to stay at! All the staff at the resort was friendly, the valet was quick and cheerful, and the room was well kept. Nice and quick access to the beach and it wasn't very crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter Escape

The resort is very nice, and it had the 3 requirements for a good stay, quiet, comfortable bed and hot water for good showers. The one thing it does need, is a coffee pot or a larger compacity keurig.

Excellent!

Everything was perfect about this place. The grounds are gorgeous and clean. The unit was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Would definitely come back here again! One piece of advice. If you are looking for a more casual place to have dinner and drinks, check out the Salty Dog. It’s very close to the building and an easy walk. Also, we went a few times to Marco Island Brewery. Great atmosphere and food and beer were very good. You do have to drive there but well worth it.

The property was great and clean in a beautiful area.

My experience was good but if something goes wrong in the unit no one is available onsite to assist and we couldn’t get a response from the property manager.

I have stay at this location in prior years. Being familiar with the property, I did not anticipate the condition of the unit and feel the construction disclaimer was very very misleading. The pictures still showed property grounds. The disclaimer mentioned the pool construction and dust. It DID NOT say the entire garden area, paths, and outdoor area were not usable spaces. The unit was clean for what could be cleaned by regular cleaners however, the excessive carpet stains, dirty bed frame, and beat up furniture and cabinets was disheartening. The phone which was needed to call down to the desk for things was unavailable- ie- could not call for help or valet or luggage assistance. The on site staff is wonderful, the PM was Vacasa so I received all the auto texts with proper instructions. The owners of this unit don't seem to have much pride in it. I feel like I got the short end of the stick with this draw for the pricing comparable with other units I've stayed in at this location. (I am a Realtor/ property manager working for decades in the vacation rental business on the Gulf Coast of FL, please know, I've seen a lot in my days as I take the time to bring this to your attention)

Condo unit definatly shows its age, carpet had multiple stains, dishes and glasses were inadequat...

The unit has a bug infestation , small black bugs throughout the unit. I killed at least 20 and we were only there forv3 days , spent all day at beach and out every evening so I think that is a large number of bugs, unit showing its age . Needs updating and an exterminator. Beach was great but condo was very disappointing especially as it was a premium price.

I am actually disappointed that condo had cockroaches. We found one on the couch upon our arrival and saw some more throughout our stay. We reported it right away but no one came out to inspect the place or did anything. The carpet in the living room were kind of dirty. The hallway on the 8th floor was very hot. Overall, the condition we found the property in was not up to part with the amount of money we paid. I should at least received some kind of compensation for the inconveniences.

We did not have a good stay. I have reported how bad the room was. And no one seems to care. Floors Dirty and Stained. Couch was dirty and stained. Top gray blanket was dirty. Stains on sheets. Paint peeling around Mirror and rust around sink. Very outdated! Went to hang clothes up and Rod had an inch of dust on it. We had two Towels for our stay. Plenty of beach towels. Two Plates. Also thought we would get chairs for the beach. But we were told no. Not a happy customer. Elevator for parking did not work. Only good thing was the Staff.

Disappointed

This was a rough trip from beginning as the property management Vacasa did not send the keypad code so we could check in. It took 3 phone calls to finally get it. My husband arrived before me and spent two hours cleaning. There was a bug problem. Numerous calls to management did not resolve Anything. I can not recommend the unit. The building used to be quite nice when it operated as a hotel. Not as an individual unit. Now it feels a bit runs down. We were actually stuck in an elevator 10 minutes with no help. The phone on the elevator did not work. The elevator from the parking garage was also out of order the entire trip. The beach is of course beautiful so there is that and we do love Marco. We will just need to find a better place to stay next trip. Very disappointed in Vacasa and the care of this unit.
