Has 4 bedroom 3 bath sleeps 10 people ,with 2 pull up sofa in living arias, 2 full kitchen, jacuzzi .The open plan kitchens includes banquette seating and a large informal dining space opening onto the heated pool deck with open sliding doors for easy flow through to the family room and for entertaining! The backyard has a room for play and beautiful landscaping cover around as a privacy and living space in a beach-area home. We look forward to hosting you in our in Pelican House!

The house provided the perfect set up for our family (5 adults and 2 children). We ended up renting a full sized crib but that process was also very smooth. It was so nice to be steps from the beach and also have a small pool for the kids. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by, but the house is fully equipped for cooking/grilling. We had such a great time!

We had a great stay at the Pelican nest! Home is well appointed and very clean. A few things were difficult/unable to be found- extra sheets/pillow cases. Some things need better maintenance-or upgrading from use-like pool chairs, pull out mattresses, beach chairs. The house is a very short walk (3 mins) from the beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets nightly! Pool is small but our kids all loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful place. Tons of room, well furnished, close to beach and restaurants. Excellent communication with the host of you need anything.

Manasota Key’s Finest

The house is easy to find and very close to the beach. Ownership has it very well stocked and it was as clean as anywhere you’ve ever visited. Having two kitchens was really nice and the private pool was a relaxing way to close out the day. This will definitely be a repeat vacation destination for my family.

Birthday Weekend

Our adult children love the ease of the house. Plenty of space to gather together as a family. This is our second time renting this property.

Beautiful home with great amenities! Stocked with great Kitchen dishes. I’m always looking for the large pots and pans to cook for a larger group. Our weekend was for my granddaughters Mama Mia themed bachelorette gathering and it was perfect! Thank You

Beach Family 2023

We enjoyed our selves enough in this home to want to book it again next year for the same week if possible. I wish the pool had been a little bit bigger, but for our small grandchildren, it worked well. Thank you for a great week at the beach.

Fabulous experience

We loved the house. There were fresh flower arrangements everywhere when we arrived. There were places to have privacy and many gathering spots. The house was spotless. Alena saw to a few minor issues right away and we were off hunting sharks teeth and living the beach life. We would return for a second visit Gavin the opportunity!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked beautifully!The pool is definitely on the small side, but our five grandchildren and two adults were all able to be in the pool at the same time and play together.The devastation of the hurricane was still all around us, but the cleanup process was going full speed, and the beach cleanup was very nicely done and still in progress.We were sad some of our favorite restaurants were still closed, but the Waverly restaurant was open and it has excellent food and service. And there’s plenty of restaurants on the mainland.We still had a wonderful time in spite of the hurricane and highly recommend this house.

Family Beach Week

Wonderful time with family at my favorite beach in Florida. Calm, quiet, secluded, peaceful and very relaxing. The Pelican House is convenient to everything you need and want, including great restaurants, and has amazing bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests. It was perfect!
