Surveillance Device:
For your own protection, a Wyze Security Camera was installed (May 1st, 2024) above the Outside Entrance Door of the Condo for the purpose of monitoring the front door and hallway.

The Condo was beautiful with everything we needed. All the comforts of home. Pool was exactly 15 steps away. Shopping was very close. I will definitely choose this place again. Carmen was quick to reply if needed. Thank you Carmen

It was a great true pleasure to host Lynda and friend. They kept in touch, were extremely kind, and at departure they left the place in pristine condition. Any future hosts would do amazingly well to host them, awesome guests!

Carmen was the BEST host. So available if you needed anything at all. The apartment had absolutely anything you need, from towels to linens to toliet paper. I didn’t have to buy a single thing. Just steps to the pool, it was the perfect location. I would come back any day!

Elyssa was simply wonderful & we were fortunate to host her for a full month. We were fortunate to meet her in person and she allowed us to go in the unit to retrieve some personal items, so very KIND! Excellent communication, respectful of our property, and left it in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend her as guests!!

Our Annual Spring Training Trip

Great location for pool ... dated but very clean ... excellent communication with hostess ... our second year in this unit and we truly enjoyed our three-week stay!!

We had such a pleasure hosting Carol and Ed for their second stay with us ...and.. hope to see them again in the future! We thank them for reminding me why I love hosting, it was a double thumbs-up experience to host them. They are awesome guests and I truly hope that if they come back in this area, they'll choose us again to any of our units there.

Highly recommended guest! Steve is awesome! In "my books" we communicated very well when needed, throughout his stay. Steve, as it happened that we are at Avalon, saw the place after you left, nice and tidy! Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and taking good care of the apartment. Very disappointed that you only gave us 4 stars but wishing you the best of the best.

A Great Spring Training Getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable and the location near the heated pool was great. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Communication with hostess was exceptional. We will be returning next year!

Winter Getaway

The property was exactly as posted . Our host Carmen was wonderful to work with ! Great location close to everything we needed . Close to TD Ballpark , home of the Toronto Blue Jays spring training! Pool was beautiful , A wonderful experience!

Absolutely wonderful, model guests! Karen and Todd are easy going, kind, trustful guests and respectful of the space, leaving everything in perfect order. Great interactions, wonderful experience from a to z. The visit went super smoothly and would definitely host again, anytime.

Great Weekend

The location is convenient to all of Clearwater. The apt was very clean and ready for guests. Check-in and Check-out id very easy and Carmen is an excellent host and communicator. Thank you.

Clearwater winter getaway

This is a nice location for snowbirds. It is close to many beaches and has a lovely 85 degree swimming pool right outside the unit. Carmen’s place is very comfortable and clean, and is well stocked with everything needed to have a home away from home. We were able to walk to shopping, a park, and a restaurant. Carmen was a great host and answered any questions we might have.

Jodi and Frank were easy to host and FANTASTIC guests. They were in communication with me before and during their visit. Always something nice to say, always kind! They left the apartment in great condition. It would be a pleasure to host them again.

All the comforts of home

Came here to vacation with family who were renting at Avalon as well. Literally 15 steps to the pool but never noisey inside the condo. Very clean and very well equipped. Need groceries, right across the street. Want to go to the beach, 11 minutes to beautiful Clearwater beach! Hungry, Abe's is a 2 minute walk. Carmen was very informative and helpful from booking thru the end of my stay, a top notch host.🙂

On all accounts: yes, yes, yes! Lauren is a great guest you'll want to have at your place. Great attitude and very serious. I'm so happy we had the opportunity to serve her as everything was a breeze. She was very very nice and easy to communicate with and treated our property as it was her own. Highly recommended to other hosts.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

Carmen was an amazing host. Communication between us was efficient. Condo was very clean and cozy as in pictures. Location is perfect and close to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, downtown Clearwater and St Petersburg. Only half an hour from Tampa Airport. Pool area was nice and the condo was literally steps away from the pool. The only thing I could fault it for was the coffee maker was not an individual serve one (keurig) so we didn't bother making a pot of coffee. Not a big deal and glad that was the only noticeable complaint. We would certainly recommend this condo at The Avalon!

With Diane and Dave everything was a breeze. They were very very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended to other hosts. They are welcomed back anytime.. As for your note on a Keurig coffee machine, you're right, we should look into such an option. We wish you the best of the best Diane!
