Welcome to Turn of River 2B! This cozy, riverfront, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for up to 6 guests. There is so much to do here! Get ready to take your very own Folly River adventure with a kayak or SUP paddle board from the community dock. Bring some fishing gear and catch a fish on the dock with the kids. Relax and unwind at the community pool or easily head to the downtown Folly Beach area for dining, entertainment, and of course THE BEACH!
The open floor plan and full-length, screened in porch allows for everyone to gather together for meals and easy conversation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your family meals. Appliances come complete with a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee in the mornings with our Keurig or standard coffee maker. Easily serve family style at the 6-person dining table with the easy passthrough window from the kitchen bar. Sit down and relax on the plush couch and cozy chairs in the spacious open flow living area to watch your favorite show on the flat screen smart TV. Make your favorite beverage from the wet bar and prepare to head outside.
Take in the Low Country breezes off the river and the marsh on the fully screened in porch. Screen porch is accessible via the living room and the master bedroom. Chairs and a table are provided to enjoy a cocktail, play cards, or just sit back and watch the dolphins swim down the river while also watching one of Folly's famous sunsets lower into the horizon for the evening.
Wake up refreshed in the primary bedroom's king sized bed each morning to gorgeous marsh and river views. Step out onto the screened porch from your own personal access door. Or simply have a lazy morning in bed and watch your favorite movie or show on the new flat screen smart TV. Enjoy your very own en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Across the hall from the primary bedroom is the first of two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features one queen bed, a smart TV, and a full bathroom in the hallway just outside the door. Just off of the main entry hallway is the 2nd guest bedroom. This bedroom features two twin beds, a smart TV, and a full en suite bathroom. Perfect for the kiddos
All fresh linens and towels are provided for 6 people in the condo. Your beds will be made with clean linens upon arrival, so you can just crawl into bed after a long day of traveling. If you need to do laundry during your stay, there is a full-size washing machine and dryer found in the hallway closet.
Check out the community pool to swim and catch some sun! The beach and downtown Folly Beach areas are only a few minute drive away, or you can take a stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge to everything. The unique, downtown area of Folly Beach has beach shops, markets (select days of week), live music, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to burgers and pizza to oceanfront, higher end dining. Folly Beach County Park on the West End of the island has restrooms and large beach area to spread out, which is a great location to enjoy your beach day! Visit the Morris Island Lighthouse beach on the far East End of the island that is absolutely photo-worthy. Downtown Charleston is also only a 20-25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment.
Parking is free for guests staying in the complex. 2 parking passes will be provided. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Carts are provided by the complex management company to easily take your belongings up to your condo. Full list of condo rules & policies is provided upon check-in. Community Pool is open annually from April 1st – October 31st. Guests may bring or rent their own kayaks, but must keep them stored on or in their vehicle, or in the screened porch of the unit. Bicycles can be stored in the bike racks under the building at your own risk.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, YouTube TV, in-unit laundry room, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. The community dock cannot be used to store or launch your personal boat. No boats or trailers may be stored in the Turn of River parking lot. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.

Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
