What a fantastic stay for my family, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. We had an incident the first night where we accidentally got locked out of the master bedroom and the host responded quickly and sent a technician out to get us back in. They were responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this home.

Vacation at Watercolor Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description of the bedrooms was completely false. Bedrooms 2 & 3 did not have queen + twin beds. There was a double bed and no twin bed in either one. Could sleep only 7 adults max. Elevated beds in all bedrooms were an inconvenience. Light switches were hard to manipulate. Decoration was outstanding, space in living room was great, large fridge was good. Also, no VCR as advertised. Elevator worked - main feature for our choice of this house.

Beautiful cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Had plenty of room for the eight of us. Large refrigerator and freezer and adorable coffee bar, which came in very handy. Great deck with just a few of the water which was great. Beach access was so convenient, just right down the road. Underneath the cabin has lots of space to hang out & to grill and bar was so cool. Girls at Cobb real estate were so welcoming and friendly, and received our deposit back in a timely fashion. Will definitely rent this cabin again.

Beautiful beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Bolivar every summer and this was our favorite house! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you need. The elevator was a great perk to help with all the luggage. There was plenty of room for 3 families and easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion would be to add a rail for the top bunk in the bunk room.
