The space
This home was rebuilt in 2018 from an old lake front camp to a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath year-round home. It is nestled in a cove; allowing for calmer waters and peaceful sunrises. In 2022 we added a 10 x 20 private dock and central heat and AC. The spacious living room and dining area, open right onto a full deck. Whether you're grilling on the deck or enjoying your morning cup of coffee; the views from the main floor are amazing! With 14ft ceilings in the basement/game room, this sets the house high above the lake.

The unfinished basement is complete with a washer and dryer, foosball table, ping pong table, putt-putt set up, and basketball shot. Everything to keep the kids happy on those rainy summer days!

The main floor is complete with living room with gas fire place, dining that seats 8, full kitchen, bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is complete with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven and stovetop.

The main floor bedroom sleeps two with a twin size bed equipped with trundle bed. This bedroom has an attached bath with full shower.

Up the hardwood stairs you'll find two more generously sized bedrooms; one a queen sized bed with ensuite full bath and the second a king sized bed with quaint reading chair and desk.

Guest access
It's all yours! You have full access to the house, with its own private dock. As well as access to paddle boards, kayaks, and life jackets. Guests will enter the home through the deck French doors with keyless entry, you will be provided a code as a part of your check-in instructions.


Other things to note

There are only two homes on Cove Rd. so the driveway is shared. For this home there is a 3 car max, details on how to park are shared upon check-in and available in the welcome book.
