We appreciate your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We want to sincerely address the concerns raised. As described, the unit is a fully private 3-bedroom home. The separate efficiency unit is attached on the property. The guest house itself is fully private for guest use. We understand there may have been some confusion regarding the setup and will continue working to make these details as clear as possible for future guests. We also regret the issue with the bedding, this was not up to our usual standards. We have since addressed this issue internally in our cleaning process to ensure this never happens again. As with many properties in warm climates, bugs do tend to get in sometimes, but we do our best to minimize any bug presence through regular preventative treatments and strict housekeeping standards. The home does include a front porch with outdoor seating available inside the home for guest use. In addition, the home has recently undergone upgrades, and we are in the process of updating our listing photos to better reflect the recent upgrades and the updated look of the property.
