Great condo

Nice condo within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. Very quite complex. Older condo but nicely updated and clean. Large pool and pickleball courts great for families.

Cozy and quiet in great location

Very clean and quiet. Close to the beach and historic district and a great community pool. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

We loved this space. It was exactly as described, centrally located to the beach and shopping, and the pool was great. I also loved the screened in porch. I highly recommend 8B.

Great spot

This condo had everything we needed or wanted. It was in a great location, close to the beach & stores & several restaurants nearby.They had a discount arranged with Riptide for those he wanted to rent a bicycle as there are many great areas to ride safely. Great company to deal with, would go back there again.

We had an issue with the patio door locking us on the patio, they did try to correct it quickly. Total repair needs to happen. The unit was clean, except for the rugs and patio, which they need to clean before the next visitors.

Sunny Beach Weekend

Everything was perfect. Very "cottage like" feel to the unit. Only suggestion is have some bottled water in the fridge, a Britta pitcher available or install a Pure filter on the kitchen faucet.

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed another vacation at Amelia Island! Your unit was nice and accommodated our needs wonderfully! The owners worked quick to resolve an air conditioning problem when they found out that my father-in-law had health issues that the heat could have affected. Great place to stay for beach time and relaxing time!!! We will be back!

Good place to stay

This rental met my needs for my seven week stay. The area rug in the living room is in need of being cleaned or replaced. I did find several things on the floor around furniture that had been missed by the cleaning staff but otherwise the unit was very clean. The properties are under outdoor maintenance on a daily basis but this created a lot of noise and it often started by 8:30 am.

We always leasing 8B for several reasons: it’s clean, well supplied and on the first floor.

The Amelia Landing is great place to stay since it is perfectly located to the beach, restaurants, as well as grocery stores. There are amenities such as tennis courts and private swimming pool. The units are nicely decorated to accommodate everyone. The kitchen is well supplied with the latest appliances and glassware. The bedrooms are roomy with a bath in the master and a bath nearby in the spare bedroom. There is a porch nicely decorated to add to your relaxation. What a great place to read a book, have a drink or take a nap. I know we will be back in the near future.

Quiet getaway

The pictures in the listing are better than the actual property. The rooms, especially the master bedroom, are small. The kitchen is well-equipped but cramped. The porch looks great in the listing but is narrow, and most days were too cold to use. The unit is tranquil, despite being on the first floor. The location is convenient to both Fernandina Beach, the Atlantic beaches, and hiking on Talbot Island.

We appreciate your review and comments, thank you for staying with us! The porches at Amelia Landings span the width of the condo and easily accommodate chairs, loveseats, tables, and more! Many of our guests have booked our rentals at this complex mainly for the large, expansive screened porches. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and the kitchen accommodates the number of guests for this rental. A little piece of home

The condo is very clean and well kept. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. I was excited to have use of the Instant Pot and we were able to save some money by cooking in. My husband and I really enjoyed the LazyBoy power recliners in the living room. The mattresses were a bit firmer than we are used too so we were a bit sore in the morning but there is nothing like your own bed. I didn’t feel like we were missing anything, everything we needed was available, the owners have thought of everything for you. If you don’t mind walking, location is close to several restaurants and the beach. The shaded screened in porch was beautiful but we still couldn’t stay out there as temps were near 100 everyday in Mid June.
