Thanks so much for being great guests and I do hope you and yours will come back again. I'm so sorry for tromping around the snowy yard plugging an extension cord into the outside outlet! With the snow storm, my car got stuck and I unexpectedly needed my truck out of the side garage. But (of course) it would't start, so I needed electricity to warm the engine. I was hoping to just grab some electricity without disturbing you, but I can see that backfired. Sincere apologies! Best, Karen

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate you sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced. This is not our standard, and we have spoken with our cleaning team to ensure a more thorough deep clean moving forward. We are also working with our hot tub service company to address the condition and odor you reported. The home has older wood windows, which can expand during wet weather and may be harder to open. All windows were recently opened and closed, and we are exploring replacement options pending owner approval. Unfortunately, we cannot control severe weather, which affected WiFi and TV service. We did our best to provide a DVD player as a temporary solution. We want to clarify that the door code sent was correct and confirmed in all listed locations. Thank you for notifying us about the missing spatula; it has been replaced. Regarding the carbon monoxide alarm, we apologize for the concern it caused. A fire inspector had recently tested all alarms, and we are unsure why it activated. We do wish these concerns had been shared during your stay so we could have addressed them immediately, rather than learning of them after checkout. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve going forward.
