Whether you’re in the mood to relax by the pool, unwind in the hot tub, play tennis, or just enjoy the beach, this ocean-view suite has you covered. With wrap-around beach views from every room, you’ll never lack stunning scenery. If you want some fresh air or to enjoy a meal in private, but still outdoors, refresh yourself on the private and spacious balcony.
Cook some great food with the on-site barbecue grill, or if that’s not what you’re feeling then just cook en-suite with the brand-new Samsung appliances (the kitchen is equipped with a full stock of cooking utensils). The completely renovated suite is a two-bedroom (both with king beds and Smart/Roku-enabled TV’s) with two bathrooms (one walk-in shower, one bathtub w with shower) along with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and fold-out dining room table with a living area featuring a Samsung Smart TV. A stacked washing machine and dryer are also included in the unit along with spacious closet spaces. For smaller vehicles, private underground gated parking is available. 3.5 stars. The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. This is our 3rd stay at Peck Plaza and the nicest. The views were amazing if the curtains were open. I would have given it 5 stars easily if the AC had been working properly. Upon check in (Saturday evening), it was extremely warm. We were told it’s because the maids left the curtains open and sun warms it up, it was too hot out, give it time, etc. The next day I reached out to the owner (Sunday), kept curtains closed in the am (no view) and was told that they would find someone to come check it out. There was one fan in the master bedroom, and I requested an extra fan-no response. Second full day (Monday), kept curtains closed in the morning. Thermostat said it was 79 degrees. My husband looked and saw that AC was 26 years old! Texted owner. One of the Peck Plaza employees came up, confirmed that only fan was working NO AC. Apparently a new AC had been ordered. Owner then said someone was coming that day. Repairmen came. Said thermostat wasn’t correct and it was not 79 but 84 degrees! The capacitor had gone bad. Replaced and we had AC! It was heavenly!Again, if we would have had AC, I would have given it 5 stars and glowing review. Once the AC was fixed, I could enjoy my morning views, and could actually relax in the living area in the evenings (other evenings we would go to our friends’ condo because ours was miserable).

All in all the entire experience was great. The unit was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The air unit is extremely loud and vibrates against the master shower wall. This was our only complaint the entire stay. We spoke with the unit owner who said it had been checked previously and they found there were no issues so I’m assuming that it’s just always loud. Both bedrooms stay warm and we got pretty hot at night even after turning down the air to about 65. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos of the unit during our stay but it’s very nice and clean. We loved the walk in shower in the master bathroom.

Lovely property! Well stocked and convenient to restaurants and stores. Comfy beds. Ocean view was the best part. Loved my coffee in the morning watching the sunrise. Check in process easy. Would stay here again.

Great place!

A Peck Plaza is fantastic! The unit we stayed in was wonderful. Super clean, beautifully decorated, great sleeping arrangements, and the views are out of this world! Lisa, who has worked at the Plaza for a very long time is absolutely phenomenal! She was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed.

A great stay

Overall, the property delivered on its advertised promises. It was spacious and clean with wonderful views from all of the rooms. The location is convenient to a lot of local businesses we’ve utilized over the years in DB. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was working. The check in process was a little stressful. We needed to make an appointment with the building manager a day ahead of time and flight troubles threatened that appointment time. I’m confident she would have come back to the building whenever we arrived, it just added a level of stress to a travel day knowing we couldn’t just arrive and proceed up. The property is in pretty good shape. One elevator was out of service for the entirety of the stay and the second was out of service from time to time. It looks like there is some work ongoing to add fencing to a tennis court that would have been nice to have functioning. The pool is heated and the hot tub worked just fine. The beach access was also top notch.

Spectacular views

Peck Plaza is in a great location with plenty to do. Lots of recreational activities available on site. The views from the condo are spectacular. Lisa, was superb. She greeted us when we arrive and was very accommodating and responded promptly to any needs we had. She even alerted us of launches from Cape Canaveral. Great two weeks.

Great Daytona Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this Daytona unit. It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The view to the beach was stunning. The beds were also the most comfortable in a vacation rental we have experienced. We would stay there again.

4th of July stay

This property was exactly as listed. Beautiful view located right on the beach. We had a few maintenance issues but the property manager handled them immediately. Condo was very neat and clean. Plan to book another trip in this condo.

Panoramic views!

This condo had unbelievable views - from both bedrooms and the living area! It was well stocked including beach towels. We loved the fact that the pool was heated since it’s just April.

Last minute beach getaway

Booked the condo last minute and was very impressed and did not disappoint in any way. The balcony view was amazing!!. Location was in the midst of everything with short drives or walks. Condo unit furnished everything you needed for both indoor and outdoor! Would definitely book here again!!

Very nice place for family vacay!

We had a great time during our family vacation to Daytona! Our condo unit was beautiful and very clean. We had one issue with a shower head but Judy quickly had a plumber out and it was fixed! We enjoyed the pool, ocean and shuffleboard court. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach location

The property has had a 14 million dollar renovation. Judy’s condo has amazing views from everywhere. It is clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the living room tv which Judy and the property manager tried hard to get fixed. We were compensated for that problem. It is located close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Thank you Judy for allowing us to rent your condo.

Outstanding

Peck Plaza is a wonderful property and this condo is the perfect way to experience it all. We loved the ease of checking in and out. The view is unbeatable. The beds were comfy, everything was so clean. This was one of our best experiences ever with vacation accommodations. We spent almost every day at the beach and getting back up to the room was easy and convenient. The balcony is amazing and morning sunrises here can’t be beat. The entire property was secure and safe. We liked having a secure garage to park in with a designated spot. I can be very picky and I cannot wait to book this property again! It’s that great. I know you will love it as well.

That view…

Judy was very helpful in answering all of my questions and then modifying my reservation. Check-In was a breeze and the property management staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. The condo itself was beautiful with tasteful decor and equipped with everything we needed, and then some. I love how the living room doors open wide inviting the sound of ocean waves inside and there’s no better way to wake up than with the sunrise gleaming through the MBR windows!

Perfect

From the start the owner and property manager took amazing care of us. Mrs. Judy texted me on the way down to make sure Mrs. Lisa was there at our arrival to give us keys and show us the property so we knew where everything was and to show us to our designated parking spot. The condo was immaculate and decorated so nicely. It's well stocked with everything you need from beach towels to extra toilet paper and even trash bags. All kinds of pots, pans, and knives. From previous experience most condos don't have good quality pans and definitely don't supply extra toilet paper or trash bags. The building and area around it is clean and smells nice. Lisa and her team do a great job keeping things tidy and fresh. It is the cleanest building I've stayed in. I was extremely impressed from beginning to end. We will be back.

Peck Plaza is a one-of-a-kind building. There is nowhere else in Daytona that has panoramic views of the ocean in every single area you walk through. Daytona Beach Shores is close to every type of attraction you can think of, from mini golf, the pier, boating excursions, the international speedway, and so many amazing restaurants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The views alone are definitely incredible. Even within the building, our condo has one of the few views of the ocean in EVERY single room, so you don't feel like you are missing out on the beach while being inside. The on-site amenities and "Top of Daytona" Restaurant are just icing on the cake. Not to mention, we are only located an hour away from Orlando's famous theme parks, so you can enjoy a gorgeous view and sea breeze after a long day of fun!
