Both the living room and master bedroom have access to a large secured private balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed with night stands, full size dresser, 2 night stands, master bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, full size dresser with mirror, TV, guest bath with tub/shower. You will enjoy watching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean from your own private balcony. The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full size washer and dryer.

Spend a day of fun in the sun, swimming in the pool, the ocean, or just relaxing on the beach.

Golf is only minutes away at many excellent courses and if fishing is your pleasure, piers and charter boats are close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, full size microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, Keurig, ice maker, toaster, toaster oven and all the dishes, glassware, and all the utensils you will need.

All linens and towels are provided. There is a full a size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron located in the laundry room.
