Brand new large Culver house close to Culver Academies

Welcome to our home in Culver Indiana. Our home is brand new construction with all new furnishings. This home is very close to Lake Max located downtown Culver and very close to Culver Academies and near all of the downtown restaurants. We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay in Culver. We wanted a beautiful place to stay and decided we would rent it out to others sot they would be able to find a wonderful place to stay. You will be renting the first and second floor of our home we have a completely separate apartment that is a walkout basement in the rear of the property that we occasionally use during the school year.
