Spacious two bedroom, one bath unit with completely fenced outdoor area in a charming neighborhood. One king bed, two full beds can accommodate up to 4 guests. Fully furnished kitchen includes washer/dryer and is open to dining and living areas. This unit does not have a dishwasher. Televisions in each bedroom as well as Wi-Fi and a wide variety of cable channels. Outdoor area includes ample seating, a dining table, and a small charcoal grill.

Family of four with grown sons stayed for a long weekend. Fantastic location, close to everything. Perfect for our family. Very comfortable and tucked away. Live music can be heard but shuts down at a reasonable hour. Our dog was right at home. Good parking. We will stay here again.

The location was great, fenced yard great for pets. The heating/air vents were filthy and need to be cleaned. Check in communication was not good as I was never told where to pick up the key to the property exactly .

Wonderful location. Loved the duplex layout and fenced in yard. Pretty much all we needed. Would recommend property managers make sure smell of previous pets mitigated with some air fresheners and most definitely replace dirty area rugs. In the room with 2 beds the rug was pretty gross.

Returning renter. Round 2 was as pleasant as the first time we stayed here. Just as clean and cozy as we remembered. Excellent communication from the owner.

Great location. Was worried about noise but it was quiet as a back unit. Only disappointment was when we went to take out garbage and there wasn't a second bag to be found.

Great location

We spent a few days here and were very happy with the location and amenities. the house is a bit old and dated, but very beachy. the outside was perfect for the dog and the location was great.

Great location. Will definitely stay here again. I stayed here years ago and it now has new furniture which was nice. Loved that they allowed my fur babies.

Best hidden secret

This is our second year staying at this property during the week of July 4th. The location is perfect and our favorite restaurants are within walking distance which you can't beat!!

The location is the best part of this place. Close to shops and restaurants in Pier Village. The unit itself could use some updating, particularly the washer/ dryer and bathroom. The host did respond quickly when we needed a new microwave as the existing microwave's door was cracked and should not have still been in a rentable unit. Very unsafe. Be aware this is a pet friendly unit and we unfortunately were next to someone with 2 dogs that barked frequently and for long periods of time when they were out.

The location of the property can't be beat. It's right in town so we could easily walk to restaurants, stores and the beach. We had everything we needed and it was clean and comfy. It could use a few updates like there were a couple water stains on the ceiling and a dishwasher would be great. But overall, great place.

Perfect spot on SSI!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was PERFECT and the house was adorable. We ate out the first two nights (walked to the restaurants) and cooked in the last evening. The house is well equipped and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog, Edwina. The check in process was easy and we will certainly stay here again. Thanks Janna for sharing your lovely little home.

Love this property

We stayed in A unit last year and this year tried out the B unit. Great properties and even better location. Right in the heart of everything on SSI. Janna is a wonderful host, who is very quick to answer any questions or needs. We will stay here for years to come!

As usual Janna, we had such a nice time.

The property is in a perfect location. We can pull up right to the property and not need the car until we leave. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet. This is either our fourth or fifth stay with you and we hope to stay again next year if not sooner. Thank you.

St Simons Getaway

We stayed at this rental for 3 nights. It was very convenient to many attractions such as dining and beaches. The site rental displayed pictures of both sides without identifying which one it applied to. We stayed in B which was not as modernized as the A side particularly in the bathroom. It definitely needs some TLC.

Wonderful location

We loved the layout of the unit and how close it was to the pier. The outside needs some love. There’s a huge hole in the fence and we didn’t feel comfortable letting our dog outside without one of us being with him. The deck also has a few rotten boards we were afraid he would get his leg caught in. Other than that the place was awesome.

Prime location to the Pier/Mallery St!

We loved staying at this duplex! I don’t know if we could have stayed with our dog any closer to the restaurants on Mallery St than this spot. We loved that we could quickly walk to breakfast or home from a dinner out at night after a few drinks. Our duplex neighbors were friendly and also had dogs but we couldn’t hear them from inside the place. I would caution on noise from the businesses behind the place if you’re sensitive to noise (landscaping / pressure washing at 8am on a Saturday, but nothing late night otherwise). I will say that there are definitely places with higher end finishes but they come with a price tag. We will gladly stay here again.
