Watch in awe the sunrise from the east, and set behind the mountains in the east. The twinkling lights of Downtown Cabo at night, give way only to the moonlight, and frequent firework shows! The view throughout Puerta del Sol will capture you and your guests - all day and night long.

The talented architect Alexander Tapia created 1900 sq. ft. of spacious and well appointed living space with several options for relaxing, dining and party times! The villa boasts Marble flooring aptly named 'desert rose' with exquisite fossils embedded within it. Nothing will prepare you for the beauty of the original hand laid Boveda ceilings throughout. This historic signature Mexican craft is showcased with inset lighting - a nostalgic and romantic ambiance ensues!

The options for relaxing and entertaining bring the outdoors in, and the indoors out. Large pocket doors, both poolside, and upstairs off the large balcony, mean that you can enjoy the full expanse of the villa seamlessly.

Your meals can be prepared and cooked either indoors with the convection oven and gas stove, or in the outdoor kitchen with the gas BBQ - and eaten either indoors at the 6 person table, or outdoors on the new high end, 6 person, patio furniture. Whether its morning coffee, a cool daytime beverage, or cocktail hour! - The indoor/outdoor living, with the spectacular views is what Puerta del Sol is known for.

The lounge area offers relaxing and comfortable seating with TV assisted by Roku - stay up to date with your favourite TV shows and SPORTS! Newly optimised internet means that WiFi is accessible throughout the property for all your work and streaming needs.

The pool has a stepped entry, and a seat for relaxing at its infinity edge - perfect for swimmers and those less water confident. There are several brand new sun loungers ready for sun seekers - with a large, ground mounted, cantilever sun umbrella for shade when needed in the hot Mexican sun. The fire pit is perfect for evenings spent enjoying the evenings with friends, relaxing in the newly appointed fire pit loungers!

The stunning staircase is built from solid unfired granite, with a wrought iron banister. This leads to a double height grand mezzanine which provides a private work space, framed with pocket doors opening onto the large upstairs balcony. If you have to work while you are on vacation, this is the perfect spot to do it! - However, be warned! - You are likely to spend more time gazing into the panoramic view beyond, than your laptop screen! The entire upstairs of Puerta del Sol is gifted with the Boveda ceilings, highlighted with stunning inset lighting.

Both bedrooms with en-suites are located off of this grand mezzanine entrance. The master bedroom en-suite has a band new luxurious King bed and the 2nd bedroom has two large and very comfortable Queen beds, both bedrooms enjoy black-out blinds for those relaxing mornings or afternoon siestas! Both bathrooms offer imported Italian tiles showing the attention to detail envisioned by architect Alexander Tapia. The master bathroom has a large shower and vanity, with a private lavatory. The second bedroom offers a grand roman tile bath and shower, with private lavatory. Both bedrooms have extensive closet space, with enough room for even the most extensive fashionista!

Upon booking Puerta del Sol you will receive an email from our property manager who will provide you will options for airport transfers, an 'at home' chef, and other excursions such as deep sea fishing, ATV adventures, and golf options. We endeavour to support you in your desires to enjoy Cabo, and the surrounding areas, with our local knowledge and first hand experience of all that Cabo San Lucas has to offer!

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the garage, laundry facilities, and Cabo Bello's private beach! Four beach chairs and one umbrella are provided for your enjoyment of awesome beach days with over 325 days of sunshine per year!
