Everything was great. The only thing I would say is they could have a few more kitchen items.

The property was great. It was clean but just needed a few things for the kitchen such as potholders, pans, kitchen towels, etc. overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Great Stay

Our stay was great the only thing I was not happy about was having to take all of the trash out. When booking you pay extra for cleaning, so I hope this isnā€™t the route all rental properties are going.

Great accommodations

We were a group of 6 individuals who were coming to Orlando for a golf trip. This home exceeded our expectations. It was close-by to many golf courses, restaurants, and shops. The customer service team was easy to reach - I usually asked any questions I had via the VRBO app and I always received a response with 24 hours. We had a great time!

We rented the house for 9 days and it was beautiful and well maintained but many basic essentials were missing. Examples: kitchen utensils, no kitchen towels, dish rags or hot pads, and no basic cleaning supplies such as a broom, vacuum, etc. key pad didnā€™t work so we had a hard time getting into the house initially. Freezer did not make ice and leaked the entire time we were there so the minimal towels we had were used to keep the kitchen floor dry. . Called maintenance but wasnā€™t resolved.

Beautiful home.

Photos donā€™t do justice. Home is bigger than looks in photos. Property manager responded to my messages quickly. Google maps brought us easily to home. Quiet resort. Had a lovely week at this home.

Great Orlando villa

The villa is absolutely lovely, we were a family of 12 with 4 young children, villa clean and very spacious and well located, we paid for pool heating so pool was lovely and warm too. Only small negatives are:- Very limited cooking trays and equipment as villa is for up to 17 people, there is only one oven tray, so we purchased additional ones Beds were not finished, no duvet covers on them, although sheets and pillowcases all nice and clean would have been nice to have covers.

Great Location and Plenty of Room

The property is well distributed and great for a large family or group of friends. The check-in and check out process was easy. There were some kitchen accessories missing (pot holders, measuring cups/spoons),larger pans but the most part you have the basics to cook meals. If renting the BBQ make sure there is gas prior to planning and starting to cook your meal. Overall is a good property and value.

Family Trip

Our party consisted of a large extended family with a need for separate living areas & private bathrooms to spread out. The space was perfect for this. The beds were super comfy. A few of us really liked the mattresses-no complaints there. The pool was nice to come home to after long days at the parks-even some of the kids would probably have preferred that over park days. Also the pack and play and high chair came in handy for the little one-we didnā€™t think to ask about it beforehand and it wasnā€™t listed-so we brought ours. The kitchen is not well stocked. Be prepared to bring/buy larger pots, kitchen towels, can opener. We bought cheap ones at the dollar store. Overall, it was a great property, with lots of room, for the price-we loved our stay.

Comfy & Spacious

The place is just like the pictures. Kitchen couldā€™ve had a few more appliances & the floor wasnā€™t cleaned well (I have a baby so for crawling purposes couldā€™ve been cleaner). I tried to clean it myself but only found a little mini broom and no mop to use. Other than that the location was great and spacious. The resort Pool was good for the kids and adults. More or less thirty minutes away from everything.

Used as vacation home for week-long Disney trip

In general, the house was great. Check-in was easy, pool heater request & payment was easy, pool was clean and pretty warm with the heater. The location was great - the Disney parks were only a 30 minute drive and there are plenty of places to eat within a 5-10 minute drive. House was clean, plenty of available towels, soaps, and toilet paper. We did see one cockroach, but thatā€™s all. Only complaints are that we were told before booking we could fit 3 cars, but the driveway only fits 1 and a half cars. Luckily there is free street parking (but at the entrance of the resort, which is not necessarily walking distance from the house). We were thrown around a bit when calling about the parking and eventually had to ask the resort guard about parking, as the company owning the house wasnā€™t able to give us an answer. But overall, would recommend a stay here!

Family stay

Well the house is lovely with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The towels are limited. There was not one kitchen towel or pot holder. Limited cooking supplies. If you want to use the grill that is an extra fee which you do not know up front. The pool is heated, but you have to pay extra to get it turned on, and there is no control of the temperature so we had to call and get it shut off as it was unsafe for children. The response from the booking team was awful, we emailed and called but it was difficult to get a response. Great potential if managed better!

Great Stay!

Our overall experience was very good! The house was very clean, which is important to our group. Plus, there was plenty of room for our group for sleeping/ hanging out. We did have a few issues: coffee pot did not work first morning and fire alarm chirped the first night, but the maintenance was there shortly after with a new coffee pot and fixed the alarm. Quick and efficient! Things we think you should know if renting you may need to bring these essentials: extra toilet-paper, soap (for the shower/hand soap), kitchen hand towels, pot holders, paper-towels, and a spatula. Parking: 2 cars in driveway and any other cars need to be parked down the road. Things that could be improved pool table sticks are broken and table is crooked, carpet on the stairs cleaned, a small vacuum or full size broom for guests to sweep during their stay, and the grill should be included with the stay! We enjoyed are stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Staycation with friends

The house was very nice. Outside area was great. The property has 2 living rooms with nice size bedrooms. The property is limited on cooking equipment. Not many bathroom towels and wash cloths are provided. We had a rough time getting tvā€™s to work. The outlets in a couple of bathrooms didnā€™t work. Also the coffee machine doesnā€™t work. Garbage bags are limited and so are paper towels. If you are staying for a long period of time prepare accordingly. We ended having to buy garbage bags and one bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Over all everyone in the house really enjoyed themselves. Definitely a great place for big groups who want to just take it easy for a few days.

The house was great for our family size wise. The house needed a deep cleaning. The master bath was dirty. Floor hadnā€™t been swept or mopped. The stools at the island were annonyingly creaky. To Cary on a conversation, you had to get up. There were not very many household items in the kitchen. The pot spoons were very bendable. Pool lights were disconnected. Some previous guest was smoking weed and left their butts on the outside outlet cover. The most annoying thing is that we spent a week here, Saturday to Saturday without wi-fi. There were family members who needed to work. They had to go to the clubhouse and other familyā€™s rentals. They never fixed it until Thursday after several calls and emails. 2 previous techs came to look at it and just left without fixing it or telling us anything. We had movie nights planned as well. The houses are nice, but they are not being properly cared for.
