Relax and make yourself at home in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath getaway surrounded by the quiet beauty of Upstate New York. Whether you're visiting to fish the famous Salmon River, ride ATV or snowmobile trails, or simply enjoy the outdoors, this comfortable home is the perfect base for your trip.
Start your morning with coffee on the covered front porch, then unwind inside the spacious living room featuring leather reclining seating, a 65" Roku TV, and free Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, spices, and appliances such as a Keurig (K-cups not provided), air fryer, crockpot, blender, and more. A wood pellet grill is located out back with pellets provided.
The home comfortably sleeps groups and families with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen plus two twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have Roku TVs, and all linens and towels are provided. A washer and dryer are also available downstairs.
Outdoor lovers will appreciate everything nearby. Salmon River Reservoir is just 6 minutes away and perfect for boating, swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Two kayaks are available for guests to use. The famous Salmon River is about 20 minutes away, known for some of the best salmon, trout, and steelhead fishing in New York. Salmon River Falls offers a beautiful hike about 18 minutes from the house, and Lake Ontario beaches are about 40 minutes away.
Adventure continues right from the property. ATV riders can access nearby Oswego County and Osceola trail systems directly from the house, and snowmobile trail C-4 is just ½ mile away, providing access to the incredible riding in the Tug Hill Plateau, one of the snowiest areas in the eastern United States.
The home sits on 2.5 private acres with state land behind the property, offering a peaceful setting and plenty of room for boats, trailers, and snowmobiles. Guests can also enjoy the backyard stone fire pit (firewood not provided).
