-You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door. This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your NETFLIX-HULU Etc., on the ROKU 52" Smart TV. The Master Bedroom has a KING Size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and ROKU 42" Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened in lanai has seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.
This home comes complete and includes a golf cart, & WiFi internet connection, plus 50" ROKU TV in the Master Bedroom.

This fully furnished 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Woodlawn Model Courtyard Villa is located in the Villas of San Antonio.

Enjoy your fine cooked meal with friends and family at the dining area that comfortably seats six. The kitchen provides ample amount of counter space, cabinet space, and a pantry. Additional appliances include and a 10-12 cup dual Keurig cup/drip coffee maker.

Step outside and revel in the Florida Sunshine! Patio providing a square table with four chairs and COURTYARD privacy while you are entertaining with friends or family. Enjoy the sunset while you are lounging on the Comfort Chaise Chairs.

Garage supplies the washer and dryer and is spacious enough for one vehicle and the complimentary golf cart. Additional parking is allowed in driveway. Camp Chairs are provided to strap in the Golf Cart and bring to the Squares to enjoy the nightly entertainment. (Lake Sumter is a 10 min. Ride, Spanish Springs is 5 min!)

The Villages, FL has all the activities you could dream of. With the Guest Village Resident ID* you can have access to executive/championship golf courses. Golf in The Villages, FL is tailored to all levels of play. Chula Vista Executive Golf Course is less than 5 Minutes away in the Yamaha Gas Cart provided!

You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation Centers offer outdoor activities and more than 500 indoor events. Chula Vista Neighborhood pool is a 5 minute trip in the Golf Cart -provided. Must have resident pass or guest pass*

A great place to stay. Comfortable and well maintained. The location is close to Spanish Springs and Terra Del Sol Country Club. Dan is a great host and very responsive. The golf cart helps to make this a really nice experience!

Marshall was an absolute dream guest during their month-long stay with us. From the very first message to the final checkout, communication was prompt, polite, and proactive—they always kept us in the loop about anything, which made hosting effortless. They treated our home with genuine care and respect, as if it were their own. The place was consistently kept tidy and clean throughout the entire month (no small feat!), all house rules were followed perfectly, and neighbors never had any complaints. We barely needed to do more than a light refresh after they left—everything was left in fantastic condition. We would welcome Marshall back in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to any other host. Thank you again for being such a wonderful guest!

The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed this home away from home which afforded us to visit with our close friends. Very happy to have the use of the Golf Cart.

We loved this property. The location is perfect for visiting both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing, which are our favorite town squares. The house had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed (we cook 90% of our meals). The guest space was well stocked for our visitors. The golf cart worked perfectly and we made good use of it! Dan provided all the information we needed to check in and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure there were no issues (there weren't!). Would stay again.

Fun loving Retiree. Have traveled lots, but when I went to The Villages for the first time last year, it was love at first sight! This really is the Adult Disney World. Take a short 5 min ride in the Golf Cart for a Late lunch at Spanish Springs and Cold Adult Beverages for the GREAT Bands there each night is what I call living it up...Try It, You'll LOVE IT!

The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Rio Grande Pool is a golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the Executive golf courses, or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
