TOWELS

Please White Towels are not for mopping up spills, polishing shoes, dyeing hair, or removing makeup, self-tanner, face, body wash, or any other product that may result in a stain. There is a container of "old" towels in the laundry room for this use. Also note, make-up remover towels are provided.

Guests should not smoke on the property.

This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.

NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAME OBJECTS

Use of candles, or any open flames objects inside the property are prohibited.

PET POLICY

This property is Not pet friendly.

Non-service/support animals not disclosed on property will result in a fine of $200 per pet and we will ask you to leave the property without a refund.

Our city has a noise ordinance so please be respectful of neighbors after 10 pm.

This is a beautiful property that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.

Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am. Absolutely no parties, no loud outdoor music, no disruptive outside activities of any kind, especially past 10 pm–this is strictly enforced by the city.

If neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property without a refund.

Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.

Planning to decorate? Please let us know in advance. No glitter or confetti. Do not hang or tape any decorations to the walls or fixtures.
