Check out this 18th floor, 3 bedroom incredible direct ocean view condo at the incredible Renaissance Tower in the private community of Myrtle Beach Resort! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed, 2 Full size beds, and 2 Twin size beds for your parties comfort! The space will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with plenty of activities for all.

Upgrade tile floors flow throughout the condo in this corner unit. The living area comes equipped with a recliner, love seat, and extra comfy sofa to enjoy. The TV offers all the necessities such as Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery+, HBO Max, amongst an assortment of streaming services available! It's there for you, but our guests tend to hang out on the balcony and watch the waves for hours instead!

The kitchen is perfect for those who like to dine in or make a quick mean. Granite countertops for great cooking space. The kitchen also brings enough storage cabinets for anyone to come and enjoy. We provide all basic cookware, dishes and silverware, utensils, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a multitude of meals for your family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range, as well as small appliances like a toaster and coffee maker included.

Don't Overthink it! We provide our guests with all the necessities from washcloths, bath towels, full bedding, pillows, as well as toiletries such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, mouth wash, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, coffee, sugar, creamer, and even more! A lot of what you need is already supplied so don't worry about forgetting a few items, chances are we have you covered!

This is a individually rented unit. No Need to go to the front desk, providing you with a contactless check in!

Note: Unfortunately this complex does not allow our furry friends, no dogs or other animals will be permitted in this unit or building.

Guest Access:
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!

Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!

Secured parking available for both cars and trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car. There is public transportation always available as well but to easily move throughout the city we recommend using Uber or Lyft as they are reliable and well priced!

Other Things to Note:
WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself

2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!

3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for you and the next guest!

The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
