Guest Access:
This beautiful property has a private driveway access and plenty of parking. The primary entry point is located at the end of the driveway, and at the rear of the residence. This patio area and entrance to the residence is secured with the smart lock keyless entry lock. Guests will receive a randomized 4 digit access code 4 days prior to their check in date. Once access to the residence has been successful the large beautiful foyer entrance is available for convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is secluded and quite. Please respect the neighborhood, neighbors and speed limits. Enjoy your stay.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is secluded and less than 10 minutes from downtown LaGrange.

Other Things to Note:
PET RESTRICTIONS:
- The following rules apply to any Guest who may have a pet(s) accompanying them on their stay. We are a pet friendly property and wish to continue to be able to provide this option to our Guests. STRICT COMPLIANCE with these rules is REQUIRED.
1. ALL PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHILE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AND NOT ALLOWED TO WANDER FROM THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. This rule is both for the peaceful enjoyment of the property and for the adjoining property owners. In the event that a complaint is made relative to the behavior of your pet(s), whether it be wandering or creating a disturbance by excessive barking, it shall be the responsibility of the Guest to either promptly vacate the property for the remainder of the stay or place the pet(s) in a local boarding facility.
2. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse/waste.
3. Pet(s) are not allowed on any furniture at any time. Any evidence of pet(s) on furniture may/will incur extra cleaning fees.
4. Pet(s) must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may/will be deducted from the security deposit. To the extent that the security deposit is insufficient for damages attributed to the pet(s) or Guest, Guest shall be responsible for the additional expense, together with cost of collection, including attorney fees, if any.
5. Guest must prevent pet(s) from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
6. Pet(s) will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or outdoors. Pet(s) will not be left unattended on site, dock, patio, or porch.
7. Pet(s) shall be 25 lbs. or less (not to exceed 2 pets). Please submit request for Pet Approval to Host, David (property manager/Iron KLAD Management) by listing out breed, weight, and quantity when booking. Host David (property manager/Iron KLAD Management) will confirm acceptance of Guest’s pet(s) by corresponding with Guest.

*Guest is described as to the inquiring/booking Guest (OTA platform profile) only. The inquiring/booking Guest (OTA platform profile) will be solely responsible for the function and assurance of this agreement.

Interaction with Guests:
I am 100% available for my guests. I thoroughly enjoy serving my guests and ensuring their visit is excellent. However, I do not intend to be in their way but available by request...Born and raised in the area and happy to share recommendations.

Great place to stay for lots of activities
We stayed for a Christmas vacation with entire family. There was lots to do from ping pong, pool and tennis. Driving distance to Callaway.

Amazing Property and Property Manager
This was nothing short of amazing! First of all, David was very kind and communicative throughout the entire process. The property was perfect for what we needed as our family came together for a wedding in West Point and allowed us to all be together for Christmas. Having a festive tree made this a home for us and the grandchildren during the stay. The layout of the property with three floors allowed the families to spread out. The kitchen, den, and pool table rooms were inviting which enabled the children and grandchildren to reconnect. In summary, this is a perfect property no matter what time of the year! We would have enjoyed the lake amenities as well in warmer weather. The beds were nice and comfortable. The layout allowed for a large family to enjoy being together. The home was nicely furnished with ample parking. The property manager was 1st class! No one will not go wrong renting here!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. The views from every room were spectacular and the room were well appointed. While the property has a grand appearance, it is also very warm and homey. Younger members of my Family enjoyed the tennis/pickle ball court, billiards, and ping pong. The comfortable seating areas were enjoyed by all. David is a great host and very responsive to guests needs
