This historic 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house is like living on a docked boat without the rocking motion! It's the last house on Wharf Road with the beach and ocean feeling like it's yours alone.
Watch the tides come and go through the Bolinas Channel and fish right off the deck. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Pets are welcome. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning. Bed configuration: 2 Queens, 1 Double/double bunk bed.

NOTE:

All online bookings are subject to owner approval.

Off Season: 2-night minimum (excluding holidays)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This sweet little place is at the best location at the end of Warf Road with open views of the water, birds and occasional comings and goings of fishing boats. It’s understated and very homey in a laid back quiet town. I loved it and hope to return for more quiet time watching the shore birds with the occasional gull landing on the deck railing as if it were their home looking at me wondering who I was.

Location, location, location. This beach house is literally above Bolinas lagoon. My kids fished for rock crab below the house and were momentarily startled by a sea lion gliding directly below them. A resident seagull liked to join us on the back porch. Kitchen doesn’t have a ton of counter space but is well-stocked with necessities and appliances. Quick walk to the grocery stores, Coast Cafe, and Smiley’s. The beach is out the door and to the left.

Bolinas Getaway

We stayed at this wonderful oasis with two friends and our 8 month old baby and had a fantastic time. The location is amazing—just a stones throw from the beach. The deck was the best spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, watch suffers and wildlife, and grill out. Check in and check out was pretty straight forward, and the property manager was pretty responsive, even on the weekend. There is no parking included, but the street parking across was easy to get.

Reviewer Comments: we love this house and look forward to many future visits. note: I would recommend that the owner add blackout curtains / blinds to the double bunk room window. The streetlight outside is very bright. and the solar motion sensitive light on the interior courtyard deck was on all night as well. Perhaps replace that so it turns off?

Best in Bolinas

The location is fantastic, right on the lagoon with views of San Francisco. My family had a great time boogie boarding, and kayaking. We lucked out with perfect weather. Being able to walk to town was a real benefit. We definitely plan to go back.

The home was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed and more. From a well-stocked kitchen perfect for our crab boil (after catching crab right off the deck!), to a cozy fireplace we enjoyed every night, every detail made our stay special.There were thoughtful touches throughout — plenty of books and board games for downtime, and all the cookware, utensils, and comforts of home. The location was absolutely stunning and peaceful, with views that made it hard to leave.Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful Place

This home is perfect. Obviously the location is spectacular but also it was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. There was every kitchen gadget imaginable and it is full of beachy charm. We brought our two elderly dogs and they loved it there also. We will absolutely be back.

So Beautiful

The location of this property is one of a kind. Incredible views. Parking is hard but it is easy to walk everywhere so you don’t have to move your car once you get a good spot! I will definitely come here again!

The house was well stocked a felt loved and lived in which was great. The beds were comfy and the water hot. My only suggestion would have been an umbrella for the deck. When the sun was out it was quite hot without shade.. a nice problem to have.

Fun place for fishing enthusiasts and for relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is literally right on the water. We have stayed in this property twice within 2 months. It's a great place to relax unwind and watch the tides. Great place for crabbing, and during our first stay- we even caught 3 leopard sharks. They seem to all bite at around at night time. We saw seals and even otters! The place itself is funky, rustic but in a good way. The kitchen is well stocked. The fridge and freezer could use a deep clean (had to clean out moldy stuff both stays). Our first Stay there were alot of dead flies on the window sill, spider webs etc. However, our second stay - everything was much cleaner!Just a heads up- this place is not good for disabled people since the shower is an old school claw tub. We also brought our own outdoor heater to enjoy outdoors because it gets really cold and windy. We did not utilize the bonus room all the way downstairs. It has a giant TV but that room is not connected to the main house. You have to go all the way outside, down the deck (super dark at night) and super duper cold. It's an unfinished room that's not really inviting. That is the only television available besides a small one inside the bunkbed room. No biggie, we just put that small one on the living room floor and still had a blast. They had all sorts of games and fun adult playing cards! All in all a super fun place to rent with 2 people and 2 pugs. The beach is literally stones throw away. Staff is also super accommodating and extremely nice when we request for late check out. They also give you artisan bread!!! Check in is a breeze, you go to the lockers at their office, put in a code, grab your welcome pack and off you go to the rental. Checkout is also super easy. We didn't have to do much! Will be staying again for sure for a laid back oceanfront staycation. The general store is also super close (3-5 minute walk) and has everything including alcohol.

The property management team was nothing short of pleasant, provided detailed instructions and even gave us a loaf of local bread!The house is situated on the end of the road, closest to the beach. We were able to rent surfboards and paddle boards using the rental company that the rental team provided us. The deck was spectacular watch the surfers and seals throughout the day — and the downstairs outdoor shower was fantastic. All around, great stay! Thank you!

Stunning views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a lovely stay at the house with four adults and a toddler. The location is amazing, and we loved the water access from the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed to cook family dinners. One thing that I wish had been called out in the property listing is the lack of an actual shower in the bathroom. It's tricky for elderly guests to climb in and out of the old bathtub and not everyone wants to take advantage of the outdoor shower(although the surfers in the group loved this feature but grandma, not so much.) This property would be a 10/10 by replacing the outdated bathtub in the only bathroom! All in all we'd stay there again.

The house is uniquely situated at the point where the ocean meets the lagoon, affording a panorama, from sunrise to sunset, of various birds, seals, otters, surfers, fishing boats, and intrepid swimmers. The house was comfortable cozy and well-equipped.

Reviewer Comments: We spent 5 nights at 105 Wharf Road and were mesmerized by the view from the living room, bedroom, dining room and deck the whole time! There were sea lions and boats and millions of birds and surfers but we had total privacy.I'd love to go back some day.
