The host of this place is fantastic. Responded very quickly to any question we had and was very kind. We love the location of this building in relation to the marina. The staff at the building is super friendly. The pool area was quiet and not a lot of people so never had to worry about finding a place to sit. Views from this unit are amazing!!!

Such a great location!

We loved the location of the unit. Has fantastic view of the bay and marina. Only two floors down from the pool so easy to bypass the elevator. Loved being in the marina close to the restaurants and coffee shops.

This was our 4th stay at Nautico, We love the property and the location is great. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked and has a great view of not only the marina but also the bay.

The Views Are Amazing!

We loved the location of this property for our first time staying near the Marina. This unit is on the 10th floor and is unique as it has 2 balconies, one facing the ocean and one facing the entrance of the marina. Floor to ceiling windows for plenty of light and the sliding doors make for an amazing breeze. The beds were very comfortable.Theresa is an excellent host with plenty of communication before, during and after with any questions. Roof top pool is very nice place to hang out. You are literally a few steps from the marina which has several cool bars and restaurants. Very easy to get around by taxi, uber or bus. Walmart is close by.The only reason I would not give this a 5 star review is because I’d worry there wouldn’t be availability when we wanted to go.

Excellent location, but condo need som mtc

First the location is excellent! And the manager Hector was awesome and great response when we needed. However, the dishwasher nor garbage disposal worked, and apparently have not worked for multiple guests before us. We found “crusty “ bowls in cabinet, I fear that without a dishwasher previous guests just rinsed and put away. There was a milk frother (nice touch) but it did not works and also had crusty stuff inside. . The hot water lasts for about 5 minutes in the shower, so if have 4 guest, kinda tough.

Fantastic!

Property manager was very quick provided a second elevator key when requested. Unit was well appointed, in a great location and exactly how was explained in the description. Theresa was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Enjoyable stay!

This unit had incredible views of both the marina AND the ocean, and the location was so convenient for our fishing charter pickup as well as easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff manning the entrance to the building were very friendly and accommodating. Communication with the host was fast and efficient. We were traveling with an 84-year-old and found that the shower was a bit slippery, so we asked the host if they had shower mats we could place in the shower. By the end of the day, they delivered 2 shower mats for both showers. So very accommodating and much appreciated! We loved the unit and all of its amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Big floor to ceiling walkout glass doors on every bedrooms and living room to enjoy the spectacular view of the marina. Comfortable beds and couch. Lots of good dining options, grocery and money changer within walking distance. Plenty of Taxi and Uber. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Fast internet. The unit has plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils and cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer in the unit is handy. Theresa is very assertive and responsive host, she takes care of small issues without being asked and gives us suggestion for places to eat. Fireworks at the last day of our trip!

Theresa's place was absolutely stunning and is exactly as pictured. She was quick to respond and help us with anything that came up. Our trip to Puerto Vallarta was a dream as the kids (and adults) enjoyed watching the boats go by. The pool on the roof was stunning and the facilities fantastic. A small cafe was on the main floor as well. Check in was smooth and parking easy to access. Security at the front felt safe and the area was lovely to walk around. The market night was a special treat and it was each to access groceries and restaurants nearby. One warning was that the balcony door auto locked while I was outside enjoying the late evening fireworks on my own. Thankfully, my partner woke up after an hour of my knocking and found me locked out - best to turn off the AC and not close the sliding doors fully. Theresa mentioned she would look into the issue as this should not happen. Overall, highly recommended and would love to come and stay again!

Great views and interesting area

We gave a 5 star rating based on the beautiful views, the area, and mostly the property owner’s helpfulness and quick replies to any problems and questions we had. The condo itself is lovely. Bed and pillows comfortable. Pretty quiet at night considering you’re in the thick of things. Only a couple of days and nights were incredibly noisy due to a few people at the all-inclusive resort and their pool right below. The side deck was great for afternoon Happy Hours and for watching all the yachts, marine traffic ,and cruise ships. The front deck was great for whale watching! We did have a few issues with power, internet, and the kitchen drain, but the owner dealt with these issues immediately. The design and construction of the condo was quirky, to say the least. The shower doors, range hood, and closet accesses were poorly designed in our opinion. Lastly, having the rooftop pool, and rooftop lounge area closed all day, every Tuesday for maintenance was not good. We travel a lot, and have never seen “maintenance” take this long. Having said all this, we did enjoy our time at Nautico Condominiums.

The condo has a killer view. We had a couple of issues re maintenance but the owner was very responsive. If you love the Marina you'll be happy.

Trouble getting into room with door lock. Staff unable to help. Trouble with washer/dryer not drying clothes. Had to go offsite to dry clothes. Vincent the door guard/security very outgoing and helpful. Rooftop pool fine, but several umbrellas inoperable, which was a takeaway.

Excellent Location

Right at the end of the port, it’s a short walk to everywhere. Rooftop Pool is AMAZING! The washer dryer wasn’t working as they were in process of replacing but there was a laundry machine a few doors away in the marina. Otherwise, perfect.

Perfect place to stay

The view was perfect. Everything was close to the condo we never had to walk far. Parking was convenient. The owner checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed! It was a lot of fun!
