A month on Folly

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was clean, updated, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short and easy walk away, which made our trip even more convenient. Highly recommend this spot for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful Property

We stayed for 4 nights and the place was amazing. We had one issue that was resolved very quickly and was not the fault on the property manager. We had great service and the property was as advertised. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Thousand Sunny

Location was great! Quiet street! The house is very worn, sink leaks, outdoor furniture was falling apart, no screens on the windows, and you don't have access at all to the backyard inlet. Pool was great and pool company came twice to clean it while we were there.

Short Vacay

House and location was great. Washer and dryer didn’t work along with automatic gate. Other than that it was an awesome trip. We would definitely return.

Thanks for the review! Like any home, repairs sometimes need to be made. This is especially true for vacation rentals. We're glad we were able to address the washer & dryer quickly. The electronic gate was damaged after a recent storm; however it operates manually without any issues. It was a pleasure hosting you. You're welcome back any time!

perfect pool

overall the house was great and the rental company was so helpful and extremely responsive whenever we called! the location to the beach is an easy three minute walk. the pool is what makes the house so spectacular!!! our only complaints would be that the ac struggled to get cooler than 76 and we were not allowed access to the dock for the tidal creek.

Thank you for leaving a review! The HVAC system has been inspected and is working as it should. The dock was damaged by a storm some time back. For this reason, we do not list the dock as amenity or mention it anywhere in our listing. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. Please visit us again!

House was wonderful. Only issue was pool and spa had alot of sand in when we arrived. Had to calll twice before someone came to clean it on Wed.

Thank you for the review! The pool and spa are professionally cleaned every Friday. Just like any pool, sand and debris can sometimes get into the water. We're glad we were able to put in a special request and have the pool cleaned early for you. It was a pleasure hosting you!

Ants and broken gate

The house had a terrible infiltration of carpenter ants. the property manager did come and treat it but they did not dissipate and they were all over. Also the large double door gate to get into the property was broken and we had to manually pull it open to drive in and out. This was very difficult for older women having to pull these gates they are extremely heavy. I just returned home today and I've had to leave my suitcase in the garage due to ants being in there everything needs to be exterminated. We really need to be reimbursed for all of the cleaning of these clothes and items.

We appreciate your feedback. The house was treated and the ants are no longer an issue at the home. Compensation was provided prior to check out for the inconvenience this caused. The gates are manual and not remote controlled, unfortunately.

Loved it!! Location was perfect. 2 blocks to the beach and easy walk. The home had a ton of pool and beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, surf and boogie boards, beach toys, 2 bikes. Everything was clean. The home stayed nice and cool. Great kitchen. All of it. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Overall the home was good. Pool was very nice. The home has some remodeled and some old aspects to it. The kitchen and master bedroom are very nice however there are other rooms and parts of the house that need repainted or replaced. Very convenient to beach access.
