Too many amenities to mention! Heated pool, putting green for those avid golfers, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board, etc!

At 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from center Street, the location could not be better. Close enough to walk to everything that Folly has to offer, but not so close that you are affected by any noise or traffic.

The downstairs hosts a master bedroom, with a brand new, fully renovated master bath which will include a large walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Large living room, 2nd Bedroom w/full bathroom, and kitchen are also on this floor.

Upstairs includes 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another spacious living room.

Our family had a great time at this property!! The home was in a safe location and very close to all that Folly Beach has to offer! You can walk to most places. The owners were very friendly, accessible, & accommodating! We would definitely come stay at the property again.

The house was amazing...plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. Young adults upstairs and older downstairs. The elevator was so helpful. We enjoyed the pool very much. The walk to the beach, Center Street & local restaurants was easy.We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing Pool and Clean House

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of space for extended family. Home was very clean. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard pool. Close enough to walk to Center Street, but it was still nice to rent a golf cart. Lost Dog Cafe is a very short walk away. Would rent here again.

Girls trip to Folly Beach

This house is in a great location! We were a group of 12 girls and loved the ability to walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within a few minutes. Theres an extra twin mattress in the house for an extra sleeping spot. The pool is great as well. Overall had a great time and would recommend!

Everything just as expected

Location was great, house met our needs and the backyard was a great way to spend the day while the beach was too windy. Host was accommodating and responsive. Would rent here again

Folly Beach Vacation Delight

We wanted to get away for a family vacation after cleaning up from Hurricane Milton last year. My husband and I wanted to be near Charleston, but also be near the beach for our 5 grandchildren. This home was the perfect match for all of us! It even has an elevator, putting green, and large pool, all of which we enjoyed. There are two washers and dryers, plenty of linens and towels. The host was very responsive to all my questions, and we highly recommend this vacation home.

Great family get-together

There were 13 of us and Charlee the dog. Plenty of room for all of us. I particularly loved that big dining room table where we all could fit. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and baths. GREAT elevator! But the HEATED POOL was our favorite! As well as the golf set up, ping pong table and the corn hole. And that LOVELY FOLLY BEACH just three blocks away !!! We had a blast !

Great house; loved the pool and elevator

The house has everything you need to have a great vacation! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved the newer finishes and gorgeous backyard and pool. 10/10 from us!

Recent guest

Stayed here in june 2013 for a week with around 10 other people including friend and my girlfriend. Great house. Location is walking distance to beach and restaraunts. Terrific value and management was very easy to work with. House is in very good condition and has everything you need. Bedrooms are very nice. I would recommend this house to everyone, the house is in a great location, very comfortable for larger groups and there are lots of things to do near the house.

Nice house for groups and dogs

Overall, it is a nice house for groups and dogs. We had to move some boards on the fenced back yard go make sure the hole was covered so the dogs couldn’t escape. We were hoping to use the screened porch, but it was basically a storage area and unusable. Location was really great! Could use a new master bdm mattress and new pillows.

Needs TLC

I gave a rating of 4 because the house needs some TLC. The yard was great. The basement could use some reorganization as could the sheets towels etc. some stuff in the kitchen cabinets needs to be thrown away. Great location. There were 13 of us and of us and only a few complaints.

Overall a decent house, but needs some work.

The house is a great location (easy walk to the beach and main street with shops and restaurants). The new pool is fantastic, but could use lighting on the pool deck for nighttime. When we first arrived the pool pump wasn’t working properly. Messaged the owner and they responded immediately. The owner came out to see about the pool and got the pump circulating, but the pool wasn’t fully functional until pool man came three days later. But, we still had use of the pool. Three of the four bathrooms have been updated. The fourth needs to be updated, as the guest in that room almost left because of it. It is a nice house with great potential, but it needs a deep clean and repair/replacement of some things to make it worth the cost. The downstairs sofas either need a deep clean or replacement. There are visible spots and stains all over it. We had to buy sheets from Walmart to cover it, as no one wanted to sit on it. (This has been mentioned in several post going back years.). The ceiling fan in the family room needs to be replaced. It wobbles so bad and makes so much noise, it is unusable. The wood on the base of the kitchen island needs repairing, as it has likely be chewed on by a dog. The floor grates for the heater/air conditioner need to be replaced, as they are rusted and unattractive. The oven does not appear to actually reach the desire temp. Had difficulty cooking chicken and bacon without having to turn on the broiler to get meats to actually cook. I never found the two hair dryers that is listed in the description. These are simple things, but would greatly improve the stay of the guests if they were addressed.

Ok .. Needs Love

In our party we had 5 adults, 3 teens, 2 children and 3 dogs. This house fit s all very comfortably but I must say this house needs some love. When we first entered the home, there was a horrible stench coming from the garbage disposal that traveled throughout the home. Upon viewing the kitchen we noticed that although it appeared to be clean it was not. As we were prepared to do our own COVID cleaning, I quickly began spraying and wiping everything down. The kitchen knobs on the cabinets were gross, inside the spice cabinets things were just opened and spilled onto the cabinet. This glasses were not clean although they were in the cupboard. We used our own paper products for the majority of the stay. . The living room furniture needs replacing and its pretty stained. The dinning room has one chair that when you sit in you feel like you are going to fall through it. We covered it with our sheets we brought with us just to sit on it. The shower in the master was not clean and had to clean it myself. I still used shower shoes. The beds were extremely hard. The best part of this house was the backyard for the dogs. Although only 1 sliding door work and the screen that covered it was broken and could not be used. And if you have small dogs, there is a few boards in the fence where they could easily get through. I reached out to the manager just to let her know how we found the place because the cleaning company surely is not doing their job. She simply apologized and said they do a deep cleaning and it was time for them to do that. I will say for the amount of time I spent cleaning, the next guest will be happier for sure. But this house just really needs some love. It could be a great property as the size is perfect but again, it needs love.
