Come enjoy the crisp cool mornings of Spring enjoying the sounds of nature and the River in this luxurious lakefront house. When you step inside, the open floorplan allows you to immediately see the beautiful deep water of Wilson Lake through the expansive sliding glass doors and large kitchen windows. Gather around the kitchen banquette for indoor meals or enjoy the sounds and fresh air on the beautiful cedar table on the screened in porch. A 3rd dining table can be found right outside the basement sliding glass doors where you can also relax on the cozy bedswing. The main level kitchen is fully stocked with all of your essentials from pots and pans, cookie sheets, crock pot, griddle, coffee pot, and more! A kitchenette is in the basement with a full size refrigerator, barware, and keurig!
Here at Robins Nest on Singing River you will find Lake views from nearly every room in the house! The top level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tile bath/tub, and a bonus/office area perfect for working on vacation or a cozy spot for the kids to relax and build forts with the cozy fort couch.
The main level boasts a vaulted ceiling with an electric fireplace and 65" TV. The large kitchen table has room for 8-10 at the banquette and the island can seat 3. The master bedroom has beautiful french doors that open onto the patio or close the blackout curtains for a comfortable rest on the king size bed. The modern barndoor opens into the spacious bathroom with double vanity sinks, oversized shower with a rainhead, standard, and handheld shower head. You will also find a large laundry room with views of the lake and a fun, modern 1/2 bath on this level.
The open staircase leads to the basement where you will find a 2nd living area with a large 55" TV with another set of sliding glass doors that overlook the lake and relaxing patio. The game room with kitchenette is located right off of the living room and is complete with a ping pong table, foosball, refrigerator, full size sink, pull out trash can, and keurig machine. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds in the basement with large 5' windows that overlook the beautiful Wilson Lake. The basement bathroom includes a modern tile shower.
At Robins Nest on Singing River, you will find pure relaxation on one of the 2 levels of patios. The top level is perfect for those that wish to escape the Alabama mosquitos and relax in the screened in porch at either the large table or the sitting area. 2 large ceiling fans will keep you cool during those Hot Summer Days! Curl up and fall asleep on the bottom level patio on the twin size bedswing. From here you can follow the stone steps down to the firepit area or continue down to the dock to fish or swim. Included in your rental is a full size kayak and a childs kayak (weight limit 150pounds.) Life jackets are not included so don't forget to grab those! Feel free to jump right into the year round deep waters of Wilson Lake where you can find 50' depths just inches from our dock! ***The boat lift does not work and is not included in the rental. You are welcome to tie up your boat to the cleats but we are not responsible for any damages to your boat/small craft marine. There is currently no railing on the stone steps going down to the dock. There are 72 steps to get down and back up so please use your best judgement when going down to the dock. The owners of Robins Nest on Singing River are not responsible for any harm while on our property. The garage is not included in the rental and is locked to prevent access. Smoking (cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited on any area of our property. For safety, exterior Video recording devices are located on our property. All renters must agree to a rental agreement prior to check in. We live in a quiet neighborhood and ask that you please respect our home and neighbors. No parties are allowed. **We are planning to replace the dock. The dock may not be accessible from Nov 2025-March 2026.**
