Perfect location on the SOUTH SIDE on 30-A with a heated gulf front pool distinctly nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The three-story townhome, Pelican Watch, has an open floor plan with multiple living spaces including 3 covered balconies and 3 enclosed porches one of which houses a foosball table for all to enjoy. On the second floor, the newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances along with a gas cook top with a grill for searing steaks or cooking pancakes, and the island has a wine cooler and bar sink for entertaining. There is a large, covered porch off the dining room which can closed with shutters or open to the gulf breezes. There is Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a full bath. The first floor has a master en suite with a king bed, and on the 3rd floor there is a large master bedroom with a workspace and en suite with an oversized shower featuring dual shower heads. Sip your cocktail as the sun sets over the gulf or enjoy morning coffee and gulf views from the 3rd floor private balconies off the master bedroom. Also on the third floor, kids will enjoy the bunk room with queen over queen bunk beds, private en suite bath and flat screen television. The gulf front pool and beach access to the beautiful white sand and crystal blue water are only a two-minute walk. This home is filled with natural light in an open floor plan and 10' high ceilings with several cozy areas and outdoor spaces for every guest to enjoy.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee with be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

-50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
-Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
-Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
-Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
-CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 PM. Starting January 1, 2026, the check-in time will change from 6:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and the check-out time will change from 12:00 PM (noon) to 10:00 AM.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
