University Retreat is well located, just blocks from the U of U campus, and about a mile from downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Museums, in the coveted Avenues of Salt Lake City with charming Victorian houses. Close to downtown and public transportation yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.

This is a perfect place to stay for a University visit, graduation, medical treatment, downtown wedding, ski trip, convention center, general conference, genealogy, business meetings, etc.

Airbnb communication works great. I respond quickly. We want to be sure our guests are comfortable. We are private individuals, not a large corporation. Our cleaners work hard to keep our properties clean and can assist with minor needs. Our properties are covered by home warranty polices and repairmen can be sent out to repair any appliance, plumbing or electrical problems. Our handyman can be available as needed. Heber, where I live, is an hour from the property. I can come into town if needed. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a good stay.

With lots of sunshiny natural light and bright cheery decor it will bring a smile to your face and a good feeling as you enter your city retreat. The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Private laundry room with free washer and dryer. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home. The open living room with large TV, comfortable seating and IKEA couch with pop up bed, provides additional sleeping space. This is the front lower unit of our four-plex.
