Bella Vista is a Marshfront condo that comfortably sleeps 6 & offers everything needed for your stay! The Master Room & living room sleeper sofa host a Queen size bed and a Full size bed in the guest bedroom. Fully remodeled kitchen with all dishes, cookware and flatware provided with a washer/dryer in unit. Enjoy the Marsh view from the screened in balcony or jump in the onsite pool/hot tub. Close to all Garden City, Myrtle Beach & Murrells Inlet Attractions.

FREE Parking available under building or in outlying spaces

Wonderful Place, Wonderful Location

This was a great place to stay. Convenient location, easy walk to beach, quiet and friends and family oriented community. Bee Jay was wonderful and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend this VRBO rental.

Amazing Stay

This was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The marsh view was beautiful. Walking distance to everything right in garden city.

Beautiful condo, Great location!

I will definitely stay here again. Such a great condo.....beautifully decorated(reminded me of a beach cottage). Perfect location...so convenient to everything. Enjoyed gorgeous sunsets looking out at the marsh from the screened in porch. This is my favorite VRBO yet!

Our stay for the Brookgreen Art Show

The condo had all we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. The immediate surroundings were too touristy for us, but other that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had another wonderful stay at Bella Vista! The property is so comfortable. It just feels like our home away from home. Garden City is always fun. Eat breakfast at Sams Corner!

Great views of sunset!

I have already recommended this place to my friends. We LOVED it! It has east access to beach, great parking and centrally located to great food and shopping. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and beautiful decor! Garden City has a great vibe with lots of free parking and Painters ice cream!

Super cute beach getaway! Perfect size for family, or friends who are in town for a wedding!

Bella Vista was amazing!!! It had a fully furnished in kitchen, and had multiple towels so we didn't have to worry about bring any from home! Pool right there was very convenient! Laminated guide book through the condo and also added the special touch of adding personal favorite spots to check out!

Perfect Location

My husband, 2 kids, and myself had a wonderful time. We were right in the center of everything that we wanted to do, beach, fishing, water park, restaurants, etc. Ample towels and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable and I love that a packnplay was included! I will definitely be booking here again. Thank you!

Wonderful experience

We just completed our second stay at Bella Vista in Garden City, and we have a third visit booked. The unit is lovely and clean. The beds are so comfortable. Bee Jay is super responsive and helpful. And the location really does offer great marshside sunset views. Everything as advertised.

Perfect week

BeeJay has a great place here. It's super cute with great updates. It's clean and the location is awesome. It's the record time I've stayed there with my young daughter, and this time kiddo asked if we could just live there. BeeJay is easy to work with, easy to reach, friendly, helpful, and informative. Whenever Garden City is where I'm going, this is where I'll stay for the trip.

Clean convenient and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Garden City. Our trip to the beach was great and our accommodations at Bella Vista were just awesome. The short walk to the public access was convenient and easy even with a three year old and an infant in tow. The condo is on the marsh and affords really nice views and is convenient to a small park across the causeway within walking distance as well as an arcade, restaurants, activities for kids and adults..Thank you so much Bee for being so attentive to details and for being so accommodating and quick to answer our questions. We really enjoyed ourselves.

What a perfect trip

Bee Jay was super helpful. Any questions we had, she was right on it. She even sent me a couple pictures to answer some questions I had. I traveled with my young daughter and this condo was completely perfect. The location was great for us. I loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. I loved that there was an arcade, the pier, and a couple restaurants right nearby. The handbook that Bee Jay put together was great. The decor is adorable, parking is convenient, it was quieter than I expected, and it was completely spotless. It was easy to get to, and I'd rather drive a little bit to get into Myrtle Beach than to stay in the middle of all that commotion. It was so much more relaxing for us to be where we were. And the little restaurants in Surfside were so close that it wasn't a big deal at all to hop in the car for a second. We elected not to rent a golf cart, but I could see how that would be helpful, and since there's a rental place right next door that would also have been incredibly convenient. We absolutely loved our trip. We just got back and one of my friends asked for a girls weekend and my first reaction was to check and see if this condo was available for those dates. It wasn't, which is a bummer, but I'll definitely be coming back here next time I stay in the Garden City area. It could not have been more perfect and Bee Jay was great to work with to make it all happen. This momma was super happy with the whole experience.

Quaint condo

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo! The ambiance is beachy keen and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It was practical for us from the location to the set up of the place. Having a washer and dryer on-site was a plus! They even provided a pack and play with baby toys and my one year old son enjoyed those amenities. My husband and kids said they would return in the future. I hope we do sooner rather than later.

Always wonderful

This is the third time I've brought my young daughter to stay here. We love it every time. It's walkable even for a little one to a clean, less crowded part of the beach. The pool and hot tub are great. The condo is super cute and BJ is fantastic to work with, so helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to stores but far enough from hustle and bustle. It is one of our favorite places and hopefully kiddo will agree to return for years to come.

Perfect place for our family!

We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and loved all the decor. Our 9 year old son loved the location lots of fun things to do. Our 23 month old loved the pool and being able to sit on the screened in porch and enjoy his breakfast looking at the pool and marsh every morning. We highly recommend a family staying here and if/when we come back to SC we will be staying g here again!

Along with a breathtaking view of the marsh and pool from the most relaxing screened porch, you can also take in some Amazing sunsets every day….This 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6 and is located at the end of the building on the 1st floor making it easily accessible. It catches extra light throughout the day along with the refreshing breezes all day long. There are windows in every room to view all the activity just a few steps away.
