Spacious and open 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa on the 2nd floor of building 5 in Canterbury Court at Kingston Resorts! This villa has a wonderful layout, when you enter the unit, you will find the living area, kitchen, dining area, and screened porched to your right and all three bedrooms off to the left. The primary bedroom is huge, it features a king-sized bed, a writing desk, and a large ensuite with a separate soaker tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom features 2 double beds and accesses the guest bathroom.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Perfect for a family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is beautiful nice view. If you a walker nice walk to the beach but you also drive. Beds are comfortable but I like pillows so I would love for more pillows and kings size for the bed. However I would rent this house again. 5 stars

Peaceful and quiet

Was the perfect spot for our group of 10. There was ample space for us all to spread out. It was a short drive to the beach from the condo. The staff at the resort was very friendly. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Vacation with kids and grandkids

We really enjoyed our stay there were 10 of us; 7 adults and 3 kids ages 4-10. The accommodations were perfect, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The unit is at the far end of the complex, so it is a short car ride or 10 minute walk to the beach and pool. We rented a golf cart for the week, which made things a lot easier getting to and from the beach and pool. The amenities were terrific. We took advantage of the beach, pool/water park, restaurant/brewery, indoor pool, fitness center and golf simulaltor. Overall a terrific stay.

Nice place and location, except the dryer doesn’t work, the washer makes a loud noise, the bathtubs were not draining until we cleared the clogs, and found trash underneath the beds from the people before us. Security on site could be friendlier. With all that though we’d still definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Great stay, great experience

My family and friends had a wonderful stay here. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Courtney contacted us providing information to prepare us for our visit a few days before arrival which was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival we noticed the unit was rather warm. We contacted Courtney and she had someone come to check it out. Luckily there were no issue. Thanks so much for a great time. We will be back.

Dirty unit/ poor communication

Everything was good all the way up until we arrived at our unit. It was dirty to include the floors, sheets in the bedrooms and sofa bed, sand all over the washer, and 2 of the shower heads did not work. I contacted the property manager Rochelle via email which she did respond to me saying these issues would get fixed. They clearly didn’t. I emailed her back to ask for a follow up on the shower head issues and i got no response back from her. It’s sad how they are quick to take our payment but didn’t offer anything back to me. Keep in mind we drove all the way from San Antonio, TX (20 hr drive) So over all for the amount I paid I was not satisfied with the unit. Hopefully this review helps and allows them to fix their unit discrepancies.

Dirty floors with a bandaid in it loud washer/dryer dirty toilets

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Listing was deceitful and not as described. Overpriced based on the location and the fact that the management team knew the water park was not going to be ready when I booked it. Other listings clearly stated the property did not include the park. I thought they perhaps just didn’t have access to the park and this property owner did. Turns out they were just being honest about the fact it was not complete. This listing stated it was included even though it was clear well before that they were behind and not going to complete the park for another month! This had a profound effect on my vacation. Listing also makes it seem as though you are along the beach and this unit is actually the furthest away. Weak attempts to compensate and then rude enunciation as ocean”side” being in the plantation name do not make up for the deceit. Spa staff was rude and made you feel like riff raff because we didn’t have a “key.” One umbrella and a days tickets to water park DO NOT compensate at all for the terrible listing description which I think was intentionally deceitful to get more money. Money should have been returned. We were going to have to split our party for every one to go to the water park and we decided not too. The. Had to spend me large sums for entertainment that was not expected due to deceitful listing. Had I known or expected this when I booked it the stay might have been satisfactory. The staff did respond to requests quickly. But I was told that the water park issue should have been addressed in “another email” which I did not get and I only got the separate lease agreement around 4am the morning of our check in. What I’m I suppose to do with 10 people at that point! I’m sure it was to cover the not responsible for pool access and deceit. 1 umbrella for 10 people including 2 elderly and a days tickets, which just turned the trip into lots of work and separated family does not make up for an on-s

Family beach vacation

Resort is bit secluded but easy to get to and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Felt very safe. Unit was bigger than the pictures. Very nice. Very clean.
