Great Labor Day weekend stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The older reviews were a little concerning but from my experience they have addressed everything someone complained about so there were absolutely no issue with the condo. A couple of doors that stick but that is to be expected in the humid south. Tons of space. 2 bedrooms down and 2 up with an extra living space upstairs for kids. Perfect location. As close to the water park as you can get. Would love to stay here again.

Very nice property with plenty of space for our family of 8. Very clean and well appointed in terms of furniture and kitchen supplies. Overall modern beachy aesthetic. The unit is a short walk to the beach and pool area. Pool area was nice although crowded.

Amazing Stay

We had a great girls trip and had no issues with our stay. Would recommend it and I would stay again!!

Stay at Kingston

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really looking forward to our stay, especially because the condo is advertised as sleeping up to 10 people. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the stay more difficult than expected.The pull-out mattress was honestly in terrible condition and appeared very dirty. We contacted the host and a replacement mattress was brought over, but unfortunately, it did not fit the pull-out properly. We asked if an air mattress could be provided instead, but were told that was not an option. We were also told that sheets for the pull-out had to be specifically requested, which was surprising given that the property is advertised as accommodating up to 10 guests.There are also approximately 15 stairs to get up to the condo, which is something future guests may want to be aware of.On the positive side, the walk to the beach was not bad at all and the location was convenient. However, the downstairs bedrooms did not seem to get adequate air conditioning and were extremely hot at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.The kitchen was also lacking necessities such as pot holders and dish towels. Overall, the location was nice and the beach was easily accessible, but the sleeping arrangements, cleanliness of the pull-out mattress, and lack of adequate cooling downstairs were disappointing and should be addressed.

Currents water park

Location was excellent; not sure if I missed when booking but I knew there were two floors inside but was not aware that the unit itself was on the second floor. I have a bad knee; but we managed. The owner was very helpful and generous. Would definitely rebook/recommend to friends!

Fabulous Family getaway!

The location is great and the amenities were all within reach. It was perfect for our family and the kids from the 3 year old to the 11 year old. Everyone enjoyed the getaway. The other one was a four cup pot The beds were kind of uncomfortable, not the best, but the biggest issue was the roaches . Their roaches pretty much in every room and outside

This was a hazard and sometimes we should have been warned about. That wood piece wasn't properly repaired. 3. I requested an iron via text and didn't get a follow-up 4. The doors in the room with the balcony and the room downstairs by the main door hardly shut. We literally had to slam our doors to shut them.

The location was outstanding. The proximity to the beach and pools was really great. As far as the unit itself we would never stay there again. There was mold in the upstairs tub and shower. The bathroom fan sounded like a motorcycle…ridiculous. The shower pressure in the bathrooms was a faint trickle and not hot. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. They sent a maintenance man but he couldn’t fix it. The back deck had black debris wedged in the screens and was not pleasant to look at. The upstairs carpet was not vacuumed. There were not enough bath towels. Overall it should have been nicer for the money we spent.

Sofa bed like most very uncomfortable. Never did figure out how to turn on main big fan in living room. TVs in bedrooms a mystery, would all of sudden have no sound. Tried everything, had to run off then back on to get sound. Great location. Main door stuck also.

The pools, restaurants and amenities were so great we hardly wanted to leave the property. The kids, parents and grandparents alike had the BEST time and all can’t wait to go back. There’s nothing better than waking up to views of the ocean.

Women’s ministry stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice and staff responded fast until Saturday morning. Friday night we didn’t have hot water because the breaker was off. And the smoke alarm went off around 1:30 Sunday morning. We had to take it down to get it to stop. I emailed my contact but never heard anything back from them. Other than these mishaps the condo was very nice

Good Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa we stayed at overall was good. However we did have some issues. The washing machine did not work. The maintenance guy showed up but could not fix it because it may have been under warranty. No one never showed back up or provided any feedback or alternative method to wash our clothes. The shower in the master bedroom was beautiful however it is nearly impossible to regulate the temperature especially when others in the house was running water. There was not enough towels, wash clothes and trash bags in the room so I had to call housekeeping. I had to call several times before they came which was finally the next day. The cable did not work in one of the rooms. We were told before we arrived that they were trying to get it to connect. The cable company came out twice but never got it to work properly. Overall the place was clean and we had a good time.
