Cozy Cabin on 5 wooden acres in Cooley's Rift

This cabin is tucked away in the gated Cooley's Rift community on 5 acres and is a peaceful getaway for any couple, family, or group of friends. Located near some of the best trails in TN. The cabin has two full outdoor decks, a firepit, a master bedroom and a loft that can sleep 4 for a total of 6 comfortably. It also includes TV, WIFI, tankless water heater, and all of the expected kitchen necessities. It can be your cozy cabin when away from home.

The cabin is on a 5 secluded acres. It is the perfect place to get away but still be close to Sewanee and Monteagle. You will be 2.5 miles from the Sewanee Perimeter Trail from the center of the quaint downtown of Sewanee. You will also be 2 miles from Monteagle where you can have a nice night at the famous High Point restaurant or an amazing meal at several other hot spots, such as the Mountain Goat Market.

If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, there are several trails within a few miles. When you arrive at the Cozy Cabin, you have area information available to you to enjoy the area.

The cabin has all of the amenities that you will need for a weekend or week. It has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, and full refrigerator, and of course a fully stocked Keurig. The den has a large LED TV with all your streaming apps available via a Roku (instructions are provided). On the first floor is a master bedroom with a full bathroom. Upstairs is a loft that includes a double bed and two single beds. There are two full decks (one in front and one in back). In the back is also a fire pit with firewood already cut for you and dried. There is also outside security cameras on the front and back porches to monitor the doors.

So what are you waiting for? Times are limited due to the owners also loving to enjoy the experience - but are happy to share this little slice of outdoor nirvana with you. Once you book your stay, the owners will do everything that they can do to make your experience a nice relaxing and fun filled time. NO PETS ALLOWED. To the extent now or hereafter permitted by applicable law, the lessee shall hold harmless the Cooley’s Rift Homeowners’ Association, Inc. from and against any and all liability related to access to and use of any Association facilities, structures, roadways, gate, natural habitats (including lakes, rivers, waterfalls, and trails) or other common areas contained within the Cooley’s Rift community.

The lessee also acknowledges and agrees to abide by all Cooley’s Rift rules.

Summary of Rules for Guests:
-No Open Burning - Fires are permitted in pavilion firepit and owner firepits. Violation of this policy is subject to $1000.00 fine.
-Road Weight Limits - 10 ton per axle.
-Road Speed Limit 25 MPH - Please watch carefully for walkers, joggers, bikers.
-Enjoy trail system at your own risk.
-All Cooley’s Rift amenities are for owners in good standing and their invited guests only.
-Enjoy Lake Louisa at your own risk. Persons under 14 must have adult supervision.
-No gas motors allowed on Lake Louisa.
-Quiet Hours - Please limit noise after 10:00 PM.
-No Hunting – No Discharge of Firearms –fireworks
