Welcome to 47 South Sea Pines Drive - a beautiful newly built, award winning home! This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is absolutely stunning + located close to the beach in Sea Pines. It can host a group of up to eight guests total. A short five minute walk away and you'll have your toes in the sand!

• Bedroom 1: King (1st Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 2: King (1st Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 3: King (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 4: Queen (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Distance to Beach: Five Minute Walk (.25 Miles)

• Pool Info: Approximately 28' by 14' with a depth range of 3.5' to 6'. The pool area is fenced in + has plenty of seating options. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.

• Parking: There is parking available for up to five cars max in the driveway - no parking available in the garage. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass plus tax.

Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this property. Unfortunately, our two week stay was cut short by TS Debbie. The property is in a great location and is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. "Five star property" in every respect. We would certainly consider this property again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Our two week vacation at 47 South Sea Pines Drive was fabulous - the home is beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 5 adults and two toddlers. It is a short walk from the beach and pool is so lovely. There are so many family friendly activities (summer concerts, pony rides, and fireworks) and restaurants on Hilton Head. The management company is incredibly responsive and communicative - prior, during and after our visit. We would highly recommend the home and Coastal Home and Villa to our friends and family.

Vacation perfection!

This property was an absolute delight. I will never want to rent from any other property mgmt company in the future! The team at Coastal Home & Villa were amazing. The home was spotless and so inviting. Definitely the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever stayed in. High-end dishes, appliances, bedding, furnishings, and artwork were such a nice touch. The pool was lovely, with options for shade or sun around the pool deck, and a neat ledge for sitting in the pool. The pool is larger than most, and had a nice "deep end." We liked having a fence around the pool. The backyard view is lovely, with a large lagoon nearby. We loved having 4 real bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and large beds (not bunks, twins or trundles). This configuration is hard to find in beach rentals. The walk to the beach is effortless--just down a short side street onto the paved walkway. We enjoyed quick and easy bike rides to the South Beach Marina. Harbour Town is just a bike ride away, too. The extra touches were so handy--phone charger outlets on both sides of each bed, ample beach towels, a generous supply of starter cleaning products, multiple zone A/C controls, the "picture frame" TV in the living room--wow! The screened porch was a favorite--lots of really comfortable seating and fans. The driveway easily accommodated our 4 cars and still left room to turn around. We truly felt like invited guests in this lovely home. It did not have the typical beach rental feel. We can't wait to return!

We truly felt like we were staying in someone’s much loved home. As an inspiring designer and stylist none of the custom touches and furnishings were lost on me. Incredible outdoor setting and pool area. Loved that every bedroom has an en-suite. Thank you to the owners for sharing this special home with us.

From the French Country/Farmhouse decor to the large work spaces and open concept floor plan to the charming screened porch, there is nothing that I would change. The lagoon setting complete with wildlife made for interesting mornings while I enjoyed my coffeee. The herringbone pattern brick and mortar work throughout the house and around the pool was well done and made great transition areas into the wide plank hardwood floors. Pictures do not do this property justice,

Great Experience at 47 South Sea Pines

House works well for families-- fully equipped kitchen--house is large--towels and beach towels are new-- not necessary to pack much other than clothing when staying here-- and house overall is very comfortable. Technology-- TV, AC, Kitchen, easy to navigate and works well. Screened porch and pool area are perfect. Location within Sea Pines is also perfect. Close (less than 5 min walk) to the beach. Easy access to Salty Dog, pickleball, etc. Great communication and smooth transaction with Costal Home & Villa, I'd certainly look here first when renting in Hilton Head in the future.

Hilton Head Stay at 47 South Sea Pines Drive

The house was perfectly located in South Beach. Everything about the house was great. The pool is large enough to accomodate a large family/friends. The house itself was nicely appointed with modern appliances and very ample living room/family room and kitchen areas. If the opportunity presented itself, I would certainly stay at this home again.
